Hi catholicism,
I am unsure the policy for Orthodox Christians receiving sacraments in Rome. I stopped communing in my Orthodox Church a while ago because I started doubting the claim that all Catholics were hell bound, also seeing rebaptism for Roman Catholics become the norm is a little disappointing.
Sort of in limbo, just curious if I could attend confession in Roman Catholic without converting? Not too worried about what Constantinople says since by believing that Rome has valid sacraments, I’m a heretic by default.
Just curious how that works. Currently communing in an Old Catholic Utrecht parish.
Weird situation but hope some could shed light.

I work as Sole trader for a company under a contract that includes a compensatory share which I can get after financial year. ( I did not get any share/ still left few month for financial year)
The contract does not mention a non-compete clause. However, after I submitted my notice to leave, the company is now attempting to sign up enforce a non-compete clause.
I’m wondering whether their attempt to enforce the non-compete clause has any legal validity.
The contract which I signed up when I first start, there is no comment at all.
Could you give me a advice please?

I have a day 2 deluxe with Costco s'mores clusters I mixed in yesterday.
I did a lite ice cream cycle Day 2 and it is very good. The mix-in is pulverized into the mix giving it a sweeter, better texture. This is far better than doing a mix-in cycle the day before, which made for chewy, hard bits that could tear a molar out
Could I just chop these up and put into the freeze mix to achieve this again?

New grad med surg just a couple weeks off orientation. I had an awful shift, one patient with a hgb of 5 increasingly confused with MAPs in the lower 60s, two calling for pain meds every 3 hours on the dot, one of those two also angry about being NPO for a scope, another patient with SBO pulled out his NG. My fifth patient was an angel all day until he decided he was ready to leave AMA (honestly he should have been discharged a couple days ago so I don’t blame him for being fed up I just wish the timing was better). After running around going back and forth with the doctor (who never came to bedside like he was supposed to) I finally got the patient out the door with paperwork right before 1900. I ended up staying late to finish my charting and finishing his discharge in the computer. I got home a little bit ago and just realized I never took his IV out or charted that it was removed. He was dressed and ready to go so I didn’t visualize his IV and I’m sure that’s why I didn’t think about it but still I know it’s no excuse. I work tomorrow. Should I notify someone or wait and see if they say anything to me? How bad is this mistake?

I go to Neetcode's roadmap, and get extremely stumped at the first few medium problems for the first few topics. Fine maybe the roadmap just isn't for me. So I try hellointerview coding patterns problems, and I get stuck at the first 2 fucking two pointer problems...
Idk what to do, idk what to do when I'm stuck, idk how to think, I don't think this bullshit is for me. I'm still going to put in the work, but maybe I won't get better at all, coz I just don't GET it 😭.

hi, i often daydream about getting an associates from fit in adulthood (i'm a college student rn) and properly learn sewing and design. however, this would be out of personal interest, i don't particularly plan on working as a designer, and i hear that the fashion design major is very cutthroat. i worry that it'd be too selective and time consuming/intense for me because it's not really meant for my goals. does it seem at all feasible to take numerous apparel design courses while doing a different design major, say, textile or interior design? on top of working a job and hopefully having a fun nyc social life. or is the 1 year fashion design option less intensive?
