Been trying various different paint schemes with my Tyranids since I started last year. Started with the standard Leviathan white and purple, but thought it was lacking. Added some burgundy to the mix for a bit. But then I got inspired by a different paint scheme idea. I really like the idea of how black, purple and bright neon green looked together, with metal details. Inspiration included Maleficents dragon form, the black and neon green of the "Alien" Xenomorph, and funnily enough, the grave digger monster truck. I picked the Hive Fleet Geiger moniker because "Giger" was the one who created the famous Xenomorph, and a Geiger counter is a tool that measures radiation levels, which goes with the radioactive green I use on the models

I (30sF) have an aversion for smokers simply because I feel like interested their clothes and belongings giving a weird smell and not to mention when kissing them it just doesn’t feel good to me. Respect for those that do but thinkable I don’t date guys who smoke. It doesn’t make matters better that my uncle passed away from lung cancer as he was an avid smoker and I watched it deteriorate him and ultimately claim his life and it is a huge reason why I don’t want to have that in my life.
Started dating this guy who was into hookah and chewed tobacco but now claims he vapes only. I did say that this was a dealbreaker for me and I explained my reasons. He says he’s willing to find an alternative as in chewing gum or something else to get flavor as that’s the main crux of it. I’m not sure as I feel like no one should change for anyone in a relationship.
I told him I needed time to process this as I can’t simply believe that after years worth of smoking/vaping it’ll be a successful journey in ridding himself of it and then having it resurface later… I’d rather not deal with this but I don’t know if I’m being hasty or if I should give it a chance? Should I stick to my preferences or give it a shot and then what if he goes back to it after?
Anyone who has beaten this what do u advise or anyone who has dated a smoker is there anything I should consider?

As a daily Zwift rider I'm re-thinking my approach. After recently going on a cycling vacation where the meals were prepared by staff, so I was eating at regular intervals, I returned home to discover that I had actually lost weight. Now that I'm home I have fell off the wagon a bit and my weight is about where it was when I left. The other thing about the vacation was that I got sick for a few days(just a cold), so I didn't do the cycling while I rested. I also ate less on those days. Since I've been exercising daily at home, I'm wondering if I should be take more days off and not go as hard. I know the old saying about not being able to out-exercise a bad diet, but my thinking is if I don't train as often, it will be easier to not eat as much - maybe dial it back to 5x weekly? I'd still go walk the dog, but I wouldn't count that as exercise. What everyone's approach here? For reference, I'm 50'ish so maybe I should allow the body a bit more recovery time?
