Fiz um contrato com uma prestadora de serviços, no qual a condição de término de contrato estava especificado um aviso prévio de 30 dias e pagamento do próximo boleto a vencer.
No meu entendimento só existe um boleto a vencer após a emissão do mesmo, o contrato não se refere ao pagamento da próxima mensalidade mas sim do próximo boleto. Com essa informação dei o aviso antes da emissão do proximo boleto, eles sempre emitiam o boleto perto do dia 20 e dei o aviso no dia 10.
Agora estão querendo me cobrar o proximo mês cheio, ameaçando protestar a cobrança.
-O valor devido não vai me quebrar, apenas acho um desaforo pagar por algo que não usei por um contrato mal redigido, e o serviço deles é bem bosta
-O protesto não vai atrapalhar muito minha vida, então poderia ficar negativado por um tempo
com base nisso, tenho alguma chance de ganhar algum dano moral/material por ter o nome protestado de forma errada ou é melhor assumir o prejuizo e pagar logo?
(sei que não tem peso juridico, mas minha decisão de aviso foi tomada com base no contrato, eu poderia ter dado o aviso antes, mas optei por essa data em função da informação, não estou tentando me livrar de um mês na malandragem)

I posted before about this and I'm looking for advice on the situation. I'm a senior in high-school. I'm dating a 24 year old man. (Many say it's weird and I'm not going to disagree and I also talked about it with him)
He's pretty busy and this week we hadn't talked for three days. He recently texted me he won't be avaliable for the next 3 days due to work and his older brother's birthday. He's been really tired and busy but I want to to talk him and yet he doesn't to seem to have time for me. Should I wait? Should I leave him? I've know him for 2 weeks and a couple of days.
I'm going to wait before blocking him or communicating how I feel to him. I just wanted what other people think about this situation. Please be honest and respectful. I appreciate any comment. Thank you. :)

Hey iedereen ik heb een vraagje als starter op de arbeidsmarkt.
Ik ben zelf 22 jaar oud en heb mijn AD hbo studie afgerond.
Nu ben ik opzoek naar een baan en een werkgever biedt mij €2100 netto per maand voor 40 uur in de week...
Echter lijkt mij dit heel erg weinig, want als ik het goed begrijp is dat ongeveer €2200 bruto en in 2024 was het minimum bruto maandloon ongeveer €2445.
Klopt dit allemaal? En hebben jullie eventuele tips voor mij, want volgens mij mag dit niet eens.

The Animal Tracks Inc (animal rescue Agua Dulce CA) instagram posted about chins living in a hotel in plastic travel carriers. Is anyone in the greater Los Angeles area and interested in homing or helping these two chins? I'm interested in helping but I no longer have any chinchilla food or equipment and am in the middle of a move. I DO have a few homemade no-pill fleece covers for critter nation cage shelves that I'd be happy to give someone who takes these two!
(If there is no traction here though, I'll reach out and see if there's anything I can do for them!)

I'm using TWO separate programs to flash subliminals on my computer screen, and I can see them flash, even at 4ms, not enough time to be able to read them, but they ARE detectable...I was thinking it was an issue with my computer, maybe for some reason they are going slower so I can see them easier, I was thinking if I lowered my monitors refresh rate from 160hz to 60hz that it would change it, but it doesn't seem to make a difference...What do you guys think?

Went to his wife’s Instagram that has been scrubbed accept for the tagged photos by a friend from Jon and Kimberley’s wedding. And is it not the same girl from the unofficial theres treasure inside podcast? Why would one of her friends have a podcast to push the clues under a different name, was this ever disclosed on the podcast? The profile on Instagram is ksitz89 and look at the tagged photos is it not the same person?
