I saw a post a little while back about Botox - but I’m curious where anyone is going for laser treatments. How much do you pay?
I’ve never done it but think I want BBL Laser - I had a consult at a plastic surgeon (I paid $100) who then drew up a treatment plan way outside the scope of my concern and budget ($6k + $1k in creams and lotions).
I can’t find any prices without scheduling a consult - I just want some info of what other people are paying providers they trust and like.

so here’s the situation. I 26/F was in a relationship with a guy 36/m for six months. At first, I thought I had met someone amazing—someone who showed up for me when I needed it most. Early into knowing him, I suffered an injury that left me unable to fully take care of myself. I had no family close by, and my friends couldn’t take me in. He offered to be there for me, to help me recover, to support me when I was at my weakest.
And it wasn’t just words—he showed up.
🚩He took care of me when I couldn’t function on my own.
🚩He planned trips, spoiled me, and made me feel like the most cherished person in his life.
🚩He seemed attentive, present, and committed to building something meaningful with me.
🚩He made me believe I was safe with him.
I thought he was my protector.
Turns out, he was the biggest threat of all.
While he was helping me heal, while he was giving me these amazing experiences, he was also:
🚩Going through my phone and stealing my private content.
🚩Sending it to himself and sharing me with strangers online whom he had been chatting with for years and even knew who I was and found my facebook profile and showed my bf. Who said he didn’t think of my safety while doing it.
🚩Doing the same thing to his ex-wife for YEARS.
🚩Secretly recording a close family member.
🚩Taking and distributing photos of another family member and posted on websites.
This isn’t just about betrayal—this is a long-term pattern of violating and exploiting the people closest to him.
I found out about everything a week ago. Less than a week later, he checked himself into an inpatient facility for 2 months. Right now, I am on Day 2 of his mandatory phone blackout, meaning he can’t call in or out for another 8 days. This is the first time since uncovering the truth that I’ve had space to process everything without him being able to reach me.
He knows I know everything. What he doesn’t know is how far I may be willing to take this with the correct support. I left him at the facility under the hopes of him getting better and i’d be there to pick him up. Now after only 2 days i’m already thinking of things I haven’t before.
His ex-wife is preparing to take legal action, and I have enough information to ensure he never gets to manipulate another woman again.
But here’s what’s messing with my head:
🚩This isn’t “new” behavior—he started violating people when he was much younger.
🚩He has had years to stop, and instead, it escalated.
🚩He’s only in treatment because he was caught.
Despite everything, he says he wants to change. He willingly admitted to some of it, has expressed deep shame, and claims he wants help. He’s also told me that, no matter what I choose, he will take care of me financially.
And here’s the part that’s hardest to reconcile: Everything about how he treated me felt real. He made me feel loved. He made me feel important. He gave me experiences I never thought I’d have.
So now, I’m trying to figure out:
1️⃣ How do I fully detach emotionally? A part of me still feels something for him, and I hate it. I don’t want this mindf*ck of a relationship to hold any more space in my head.
2️⃣ What should I do with all the information I have? I’m not sure what my next steps should be, but I want to make sure this doesn’t just disappear.
3️⃣ How do I make sure he doesn’t get away with this? He has spent years deceiving people, and I want to ensure he faces real accountability for what he’s done.
4️⃣ Would anyone even consider staying after this if he is showing true signs of wanting to change? I know what he did is beyond unacceptable, but part of me wonders if real change is possible. Would I be crazy for even considering it?
Has anyone been through something like this? I need perspective from people who have experience with manipulation, abuse, or relationships where the truth was darker than you ever could have imagined.
He built his entire life on deception. Now, I decide how his story ends.

2025.01.30 06:42 Level_Commission_970 Random: My Friend Worked BTS on 28YL Parts 1 and 2.
I live in Prague and my friend has been with a British for like 5 years and I've met her group of British girl friends many times as they live and work in Prague on a show called Wheel of Time (never seen it).
One of the friend worked BTS on the 28 Years Laters films and unfortunately couldn't tell me anything because of the serious nature of the NDAs cast and crew have to sign.
I did relay all the relevant theories regarding 'Jimmies' and evolution, etc. She laughed and kind of insinuated that the single BIGGEST change will be in regard to the infected.
I was throwing so much information at her and just gauging her reactions as some form of affirmation or confirmation of my own thoughts LOL.
Also, the kid is the only character that will survive throughout these films and his parents are there at the beginning but don't make it past the 2nd film. Cillian Murphy is only there to assist the kid on the next part of his journey. The movie was filmed with a ton of different cameras (not just iPhone), there's also gonna be some interesting sentient behaviour from the infected which lead them to even capture/kidnap people and not straight up eat or infect them.
I do believe that the 'infected' will now be totally different in respects to the first two movies, and how the evolution of the virus leads to them now only wanting to survive and not necessarily infect so they're gonna be living forever (traditional zombies) and eating their victims in order to survive. There's more but the smart redditors have already king of said as much (I think). We'll have a combination of newly infected fast infected, limping and barely alive infected (traditional zombies), and leader infected.
She's on the IMDB page but I won't say her name except to say the first letter is 'E' or it might show up as 'B' (the shorter version).

basically what it says in the title, I recently went to the doctor for what I believe may be POTS, and got a diagnosis of orthostatic hypotension (and was also told it’s purely dehydration despite me drinking about 90 ounces of water per day). They did the stand test, and after 3 minutes of standing my heart rate had increased by 37, systolic bp had increased by 7, and diastolic bp had increased by 14.
Despite these results, I was told that I have orthostatic hypotension. My doctors explanation for this was that my blood pressure hadn’t dropped on the test because my heart had compensated for it, but I was a little skeptical since my own research showed that orthostatic hypotension by definition will show a decrease in blood pressure on standing.
What do you all think of this?
