Inspiration struck to make a doc based on DEATH BATTLE!, the Screwattack/Rooster Teeth/Independent web show about powerscaling and versus debates. Once I realized that it could involve things like perks that influence the meta of fights on your chain, drawbacks that revolve around the primary jumpfail of making your show unpopular, and a few other fun ideas, I had to jump at the opportunity to write it... even if it might have be a bit ambitious for someone's first ever jumpdoc, heh.
I consider it basically finished, but am still taking feedback and opinions into account for if/when I make an update, maybe after the current season is over. Full disclosure: I've already gotten this submitted this to the SB community drive, but I felt it was better to submit it to this sub and have it judged on it's own terms instead of me brazenly sticking it in the Reddit one without anyone gauging it first.

 | Hey guys, I need some advice, for context I have been stuck at 220 for a little over a month, I had a bypass on 9/30/24 and before my bypass lost 121 pounds on my own, still had it done due to gastroparesis. I have been stalled out and it’s killing me and I know it’s normal but I have been working with my dietician and my weight dropped to 216 but then within 3 days was back at 220 and nothing has changed and I’m stuck there again. It’s scaring me that I’m regaining or something. I work out at the gym for 1-1 1/2 hours 4-5 days a week now and have built a consistent habit this week of that. I’m building muscle now and seeing results as well. I also have lost 3 inches in a month so I know I’m making some progress, but the scale going back is stressing me out. My case has been unusual as since 2 months post op I was able to eat 8-10oz comfortably depending on the food and have been told by my dietician that’s normal and by another person on here they were the same way. My dietician has my macros at 120 protein, 120 carbs, fat varies but I usually do 35-40 grams a day, and 120 oz water. Carbs is the only one I struggle to reach and I get about 50-70 a day usually. She has my calories at 1200-1300 a day. I included my basal rate and what my recommended deficit would be, as well as my daily steps and exercise info, plus what I eat. I know I do a lot of processed foods and am working on removing most, I went grocery shopping yesterday and got tons of fruits and veggies to help aid that, I also was told by my dietician that one sweet/dessert thing a day is okay as long as it fits in my macros and not extreme. Another factor is I have constant constipation no matter if I use fiber supplements, nothing has helped but after I go 2-3 pounds comes off of me. So I’ve been editing my own videos in Final Cut Pro and I think I do a decent job 😉, but I’m stuck on something. I want to watermark my content with my little logo—easy enough to layer it on since the background is transparent. But I’d love for it to do a little spin or something every 10 seconds rather than just sitting there.
I can’t figure out how to animate it properly, and ideally, I’d like to set it up so I can just copy/paste the watermark layer onto new videos instead of redoing the effect each time. Any tips? Would love a step-by-step if possible!

Okay, CS ex student here. So I basically graduated not a long time ago, had a short internship related to back-end development. Thanks to that was lucky to get some vouchers from Salesforce. Passed Salesforce Administrator so far, going for Platform App Builder and Certified Platform developer now, and later AI Associate and AI Specialist, those two are free for everyone this year. Do you think there are a chance to land a job with it? Are those certifications even helpful for the person with almost no experience? I'm so unsure about them because they're basically are one of the easiest one, like first level and I rather don't have a budget to buy other one. Does it make more sense to rather work on the pet projects?

 | Hey everyone, as the title states I am thinking about buying a 2015 F150 XLT has the 3.5L twin turbo Ecoboost and about 104k miles on it. I'd be making a flat trade my Audi for the F150. Only thing wrong with the truck is it needs a new windshield and if I wanted too, a new hood as it has hail damage on it. How reliable are these trucks and is there any reason I shouldn't make this trade? Truck drives like a truck should, starts right up, idles well, all it needs is a windshield, hood, and detail.
