In my experience, not flirting or approaching a sexual conversation always ends in us just being friends or me being told I'm too nice. So, I'm currently trying to figure out when to begin using spicy talk. Never have I demanded sex though, I'm also never had sex so it's kind of an ignorance is bliss sorta thing (I'm not dating for sex and am kind of intimidated by sex in general) But I have noticed if I am too kind the other person starts to seem less interested but when I do try to be flirty they get upset, so I'm confused and need advice

Pretty much exactly the title, I have a Sony x4 and while it worked like a charm at first, the noise canceling is getting waaay less strong and I want to see if I can get a headset that will not be useless in two years. I was first diagnosed with mild fatty liver in 2021 ,the culprit being heavy alcohol use At that time I had no pain ,good blood results My cholesterol was in normal range. fast forward two and half years my ultrasound results are exactly the same !even though I now have discomfort /pain in my abdomen ,my lft tests are not ideal.I have continued to drink so i am thinking of getting an mri as I don’t believe it’s still mild (but I really hope it is ) My cholesterol is also much worse than before My ggt was high.i used to be very much into fitness /healthy eating despite my addiction to alcohol currently I weigh more than I used to and admittedly my diet is not healthy as it should be combine that with the alcohol there’s no way it hasn’t progressed.i am really hoping I don’t have fibrosis but the ultrasound seems too good to be true. I wish I could know for certain How accurate ultrasounds are when looking at the liver.i am hoping because my spleen seems normal it hasn’t progressed

TW: talks of su!c!de Sorry for the rant and please don’t read if this might trigger you. I had a meeting with HR at my work today following a meeting where I made a complaint about a senior member of staff. Today I was asked to discuss some other concerns, plus my recent absences. I started calmly, knowing I am prone to getting upset when in heated situations. But then I was told that people have made statements saying I am creating a ‘hostile work environment’. The statements have come from the person I made the original complaint about, and their friend who is also our manager. The other statements are from someone who saw me upset in the smoking area and I said ‘oh just workplace politics’ , and someone (I considered a friend) who I spoke to in more depth about a situation I was upset with, which has then been relayed to my manager and used against me in this meeting, even though I’m sure this person wouldn’t have meant the statement to be used in this way. I felt as if my character was being called into question and I exploded, I told them I quit and then I walked out. She followed me to the car park whilst I was having a panic attack, this resulted in me becoming more upset and shouting how I hope I crash my car and die, I’m better off dead etc. now I’m so embarrassed and ashamed. I meant what I said in that moment but now I’m just jobless, upset, questioning my own sanity and things that I KNOW happened. I know I need to take accountability for my own actions as I’m not perfect at all, but this felt like gaslighting and revenge. I don’t feel equipped to deal with this backstabbing behaviour from bitchy neurotypical girls. I have been crying and having panic attacks for 7 hours now and i don’t know how to stop it
