I recently purchased a 2021 ford explorer and was asked if I wanted to certify it for $695. Salesman basically said you are paying for the interest rate because with certified vehicles they are advertising 5.99% and normal used vehicles run about 7%. (We ended up getting 5.90%) Along with the interest rate it goes thru a specific multipoint inspection and then he said a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty. We ended up paying for the certification but then also ended up getting an extended warranty that covers us for 6years/100,000 miles which was $4200.
When I get home I’m looking at a screen shot I had taken of the car online and it was advertised as “RELAX, it’s certified. 172 point inspection, 12 month/12,000 mile comprehensive limited warranty, and 7yea100,000 mile powertrain limited warranty”
He didn’t say anything about these warranties, just 90 day. But this was specifically listed for my car online and I wish I would have noticed beforehand. Did we get screwed? We already bought the car and I wish I would have paid attention to this. We then wouldn’t have purchased a $4200 extended warranty if these warranties were included with the CPO.

Would a potential employer call the other potential employer if they knew my resume wasn’t 100% accurate?
Had an interview with a company yesterday and one of the people interviewing me knew the history of the company I last worked for. My resume I have changed the length of employment to not have any gaps so if they were to see my resume because they know what my previous works history is they would know my resume is falsified.
My question is, I let them know I have a pending acceptance with another company and accidentally said the companies name, would they call the other company and let them know my resume is not accurate?
Kind of worried about this tbh because I did turn down the company and never got a reply back.

2025.02.01 18:43 Ok_Psychology_3292 Not Losing any weight after 6 months of consistency

I'm a 25 yr old female with 155 lbs weight. I've been doing OTF for past 2.5 years. I wasn't very consistent before, took gaps and hit only 2 classes per week. But 6 months ago I realized I need to get serious and started my "actual" OTF journey. I do 3-4 classes/week and burn 600-700 calories on an avg per class. I'm moderately active throughout the day too. I keep walking in between my work hours and get around 3000 steps during my 9-5 desk job.
I've been eating in a deficit. I use lose it app to track all my foods. I consume about 1600 -1800 calories on an avg. My metabolic rate is 1550 calories from the recent body scan. However, I haven't lost a single pound since I started my journey. I do everything to keep my calories in track. I am very conscious of consuming refined sugar and I limit the amount of carbs I take in. I make sure my protein goals are hit for the day.
I feel bloated all the time and my stomach is very squishy and literally goes in if I touch with my finger. I don't quite understand what exactly is going south here. Any insights from the community would be greatly appreciated!
PS: This is my first reddit post. Please excuse if its not upto the standards

Hello! I'm starting to plan a bachelor party for the end of September 25-28 near Lexington KY this year. It'll be a group of 10-12 guys all upper twenties and low 30s. Groom wants to drink Bourbon - maybe a tour or two, play golf, stay somewhere that is close to the distilleries if possible to make travel safer, and if possible a golf simulator at the Air B&B would be cool. He also loves great eats and anything that's a "must eat while in town" type of places. Really just hanging out, drinking and maybe some golf and good eats.
I'm really not great at planning so I'm hoping I could get some good ideas? I'm not familiar with the area at all and basically the entire group is flying into Lexington so I may be renting a larger Van for the crew.

I read it occasionally, and I know the devs said it was meant to, but does msfs2024 generally run better than 2020? When it works it looks phenomenal. As some one with a low-mid range PC (32gb ram, 4060ti 16gb, Ryzen 7 5700x3d), I found 2020 to be hit and miss. Performs perfectly most of the time, but lacks performance in in built up areas/busy airports sometimes (which I spose is normal).
I fly in 1080p, with settings between medium and ultra, and mostly fly the FBW a320 using GSX, BeyondATC and PACX. Notice that pacx has made performance drop a bit at larger airports like Heathrow.
Will msfs24 improve my experience over 2020 at all, in terms of performance?
