 | Just got into warhammer and these were my first fully completed models. What feedback would you give looking at these to help me improve? I can already notice tiny bits here and there that paint missed or where I touched the wrong areas when painting hard to reach spots. But in terms of techniques what should I focus on? I feel my highlighting was too subtle, should I try to add more pronounced layers? Definitely need to work on my dry brushing as well as I feel I added metallics accidentally to different parts. Okay so I just started playing Project Playtime yet haven't received a single player.
I tried as monster, before realizing literally everyone'd want to be monster and would triple - maybe even more than that - the chances.
I swapped to a specialist, still nobody. the highest I've had's been about 3 players before the host leaves or everyone just instantly leaves. can anyone help me with this? please tell me this isn't the only way i can play.
Looking for any help with this x

Last April my three cats died because the thermostat in my mobile home malfunctioned while I was at work and I came home to the house being almost 250°
I tried contacting local news and it got as far as being handed to the producer but nothing came of it. I wrote to attorneys, senators... nothing
I made a Facebook group with 300 members, but that's as far as I got....
This isn't about money for me but I do think that there should be laws in place if a product does something like this that they get held accountable for a dangerous product fault.
The only reason my dog didn't die was my boyfriend just happened to be babysitting him.... only to develop T-cell lymphoma months later. Around 10 grand later he is in remission. This set me back alot as I was still recovering from having to abruptly move since I couldn't live where my cats died. I did set up a GoFundMe just for the expenses for his chemotherapy and I raised about $600 out of the 10,000 that I needed.
Despite not having health insurance I had to get back into therapy for the ptsd this caused. Its been alot enotionaemotional and financially. I plunged into severe depression.
I was hoping that the one local news was going to air about this but it's been several months later so I'm not optimistic about that especially with all the politics going on
Someome said to post on tiktok but I don't have one and I'm not great at making content I can't see it getting alot of traction...
Are there people on Tik Tok that you can pay to sponsor your story and get awareness out? How can I get their story told. A good number of people said that they never heard of this happening before so I don't think that people are even aware that your thermostat at home could be deadly.

Nothing is bought yet! Im starting my tank, Im getting a 40 gallon for two telescope fancies, some snails for the cycle, water conditioner, plants, sand, a filter, an air rock too. I know I should get some aquarium tools, so I should get an agae scraper, and a sand vacuum right? Are there products any of you love and wished you knew about sooner? I want live plants, so I know I need plant substrate. Do I need a hospital tank before one of the fish get sick to be prepared?

Encomium! I've had a (sort-of) hand-me-down PC for about 5 years, and I want to make some improvements to run my games faster. Specifically, I want to be able to run Paradox Interactive and other CPU intensive Strategy/Simulation games with less lag as the game goes on.
I'm not sure if I need to say anything else in that preamble, so, here is what I currently have:
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 (I know this is quite a while behind)
Processor: Intel Core i5-10400F
Motherboard: Micro-Star MAG B460M BAZOOKA
PSU: Micro-Star MS-7C83
Ram: 16gb
Cooling: I think it's just a standard Air Cooler? Not sure how to figure out the exact model without taking the PC apart a little and I don't want to do that at the moment.
Tower: I believe it's a Cooler Master CMP 520L (17in L×8in W×17.5in H / 432mm L×204mm W×448 H)
Budget: $600 maximum, ideally below $500.

im a 19 yo (bi) woman with zero sexual experience. for long, long years ive despised being a woman and everything heteronormative sex seemingly has to offer. i have this feeling how i absolutely hate that i was born a female. why do i have to be the one with a vagina and the internal organs? why do i have to be the one who's weaker and more fragile and who probably suffers more during and after sex? why do i have to be the one who's biologically created to 'take it' and then be left with the excruciatingly hard part of giving life to another human? why the fuck is it all like this? i fucking hate it.
it makes me feel disgusted and helpless and angry how one-sided this whole thing is, i just psychologically can't process the idea of me being penetrated, even saying it makes me feel anxious & sick to my core and this evolutional crap feels absolutely unbalanced and unfair and i wish i could at least do both or neither at all because i feel unequal and horrible like this.
now, i feel like this has turned into a weird psychological vent post but i don't know how to stop thinking about it this way, how to control my fear, my disgust and this absolutely agonizing emotional pain i have over all this and the occasional urge to literally rip my skin and flesh off of my bones. i guess why im saying all this is because i am currently in a hetero relationship with my first partner ever and while i love him and our freak is matching very well (lmao) i still can't help but feel this overwhelming worry if it ever comes to that part of sex between us and how he maybe wants to try it and how id just break down completely. (also whenever i look at porn i have really mixed thoughts because on one hand i find a lot of gay/lesbian/queer -very occasionally straight- media involving penetration hot in general depending on my mood but on the other hand, well, everything i just listed above will flood my mind as well.)
does any of this make sense? has any of you ever experienced this or am i in serious need of a therapist lol
