I can’t get over how you were. How you are. All I ever wanted was you acceptance. All I ever wanted was a dad. Instead I get a sick father. I get a father who makes everything about him. I get a selfish father who destroys everything. How do I let go of it all? How do I forgive? You don’t remember how it was. You’re sick. You don’t remember the constant abuse. You don’t remember packing a box, and running away from home when I was a teenager. You don’t remember how you grounded your daughter after she was raped. No. You paraded your daughter around to be ridiculed by your church. You have forgotten how you told her all she was is a pretty face. How she had a great body, and could use that to get further in life. Sick. Too sick to remember shoving your kid’s face in bath water to teach a lesson. Too sick to deal with a bi sexual daughter. Never willing to accept. Even though you were caught watching lesbian porn. How fucking sick. You sick hypocrite. You were so disgusted by me that you disowned me. You sent me a letter on my Birthday telling me I was no longer part of the family. You let a church choose my life. You let church and your god come before family Come before being there for me. Come before loving me. Come before accepting me. Sick. I’m not surprised you’re sick. I’m so angry. I’m so hurt. Now my sick, sick father is dying. I wish I could stop. I wish I could let it go. I don’t know how to though. Because now I too am sick.
I know this isn’t great poetry. Not even good. But it’s raw. I wrote this in 2020 when my mother told me my dad was dying from something. Not sure what it was. He has had lotsa something’s. Unfortunately, he’s still alive. I decided to post because today my mum found out that he has been having an affair. Back story… my dad has been staying at an assisted living facility due to him being sick. My mum visits him as often as she can and does everything for him. He repaid her kindness by cheating on her with another lady at the facility and then telling her he wants a divorce because he feels abandoned. He wanted to live there. He blamed her for being unfaithful. He is the biggest narcissist I have ever met. I hope this sickness just finishes him off soon.
That’s my cat Ahsoka. She wants to understand why I’m sad and is trying to cheer me up.

However I have not seen anyone with challenges bagging my groceries in quite some time. Did publix pull some type of program due to lack of tax savings? I always used "thaan" to address strangers or acquaintances. I just can't bring myself to call someone I just met (or even a colleague at work whom I don't consider as my friend) "nee" from the get go. Recently, I learned that calling someone thaan/ thante is considered rude, while I thought I was just being polite/ respectful. Should I just stick with names for all conversations in Malayalam now (feels really weird)?

Hi guys! I am a licensed cosmetologist in Pennsylvania but looking to also further my education and finding a degree that goes hand in hand with my license but I am having trouble
I’m stuck between the business administration side of things, like going for that and maybe centering on accounting, I could manage a salon, or even potentially open my own and do my own books etc.
OR I am really interested in working in MedSpas. I was always more interested in the esthetics part of Cosmetology. And I do freelance work in makeup and waxing and etc. but lately I’ve been doing research on medspas, with their chemical peels, lasers and injectables. BUT to be an injector in PA I believe you need to be a RN. And I’m thinking will I really go through the extensive school it takes to become a nurse to potentially work in a Medspa??
Unfortunately I have tried to reach out to my local MedSpas and tried to get in contract with some of the owners/doctors in their practice but I haven’t gotten any response. I was just curious to see as an employer what kind of things they look for in a potential employee. Or what kind of education/experience they look for. But again no response :(
If anyone here is either a Nurse Injector or has their own spa or anything that could give me any advice. That would be great!

I (18m) have several fetishes (all of which go back as far as my childhood, none of them are porn-induced so getting rid of them isn't possible, and I don't masturbate either so that isn't a contributing factor at all) that make any sort of normal sexual activity not possible for me. None of my fetishes inherently have anything to do with sex, and while I think of myself as straight because my fetishes involve women, I'm not actually attracted to any women, and my fetishes don't really have any sort of grounding in reality. The issue with all of this though is I want a relationship and love like most people. Even though I myself am incapable of sex (can't become aroused by anything non-fetish related, and again my fetishes aren't realistic nor possible) I'm absolutely fine and want other forms of physical intimacy, but regardless of that I figure most women aren't going to be ok with not having sex be present in a relationship. I plan to try and seek out asexual women, but asexual people are such a tiny percentage of the population that I figure my odds are slim to none. If anybody has any ideas at all that aren't "find a way to incorporate your fetishes" I would greatly appreciate it.

I’m still looking into metoidioplasty. I don’t know if those glands would get removed with a hysterectomy, but I wasn’t sure if surgeons make the skene glands more like a prostate. I have posted on here a while back when my accident occurred in august 2024, and I am still dealing with the hardships from it. I have literally had 4 surgery’s since august 10th when the accident happened (trampoline) and just had my 4th surgery on tuesday. I wanted to post a pic of my first xray after surgery in august to my most recent right before my surgery this past tuesday because like just wtf?
I had the small rod removed in october so that’s why it’s no longer there. I asked to have surgery in December because the pain was still unbearable and the doctors suggested waiting 5 more weeks and using a “bone stimulator” in the meantime in hopes it would fix.. it has just been one thing after another and after looking at the x-rays i’m seriously confused because my bone actually became farther apart.
