So, basically what the title says. I work in cybersecurity, 4 YOE, speak spanish, portuguese and english. I'm planning on moving to Spain as I lived there for a few months when I was younger and still have some friends and family. Also I'm young (25M) and single, so why not? I have an EU passport, so wouldn't need a visa, and a bachelor's in Information Systems - no masters.
Since I never worked in the EU, my main source of information in this subject is Reddit. I have some savings that could last me somewhere between 3 and 5 months in Spain, depending on the city I go to - I'm thinking Madrid or Málaga.
Knowing all this, is it better for me to look for a job in my home country and move there only after receiving an offer (and signing a contract), or would moving there beforehand make it (a lot) easier? Is there another option?

Im making a Minecraft horror map. The story takes place in an old, underground facility. For some unknown reason, the ventilation system activated it's emergency sequence; shutting doors inside the vent (they're there to block toxic gasses from entering) and turning of ventilation fans inside the vent. It is now the players job to enter the ventilation system and reactivate/reopen everything manually.
I've made a mechanic, so when the player crouches they automatically lay down and crawl. As well as when the player crawls they gain speed 1, so things aren't as slow. I've also made a flashlight mechanic.
I think I'll make it mission based, or level based, so you have one level with one objective, and then you move on to the next.
The further the player goes into the vents, the darker and more dangerous it gets.
The first area is larger vent, with lighter material, no actual danger and the vents themselves are all intact. The second area consists of mostly large vents and some small vents. They're made of a darker material with some rusty areas. Dangerous gasses create the only danger in the area, but there are holes in some places in the vents, leading into facility rooms or small caves. The third area consists of mostly small vents with a few large ones. They're made of even darker material, with a lot of rusty areas. Gasses and dangerous fumes poison this area's air as well. There's also holes leading to facility rooms, caves, and even a few lead to outside (though they're blocked of by rubble). At this point a few weird things start to happen, something is making itself known. At the end of the area the team back at the homebase, will tell the player that there's a lifeform with them in the vents. The fourth area only consists of small vents, they're made with the darkest blocks, but weirdly enough there's no rust. Instead some areas are covered by some unknown substance. Sometimes the thing in the vents with you, come close to you and your heart and breath will go faster (You can loose and die). Theres no holes to caves or the outside, but there are holes to facility rooms.
Please come with your input, like ideas and recommendations.

Hey there, I recently got an Aeropress—my first brewer ever. It allowed me to make some of the finest and most satisfying cups I've had at home. I'm new to coffee brewing, and AP got me hooked with its versatility and ease of use. However, I couldn't replicate the same cup of coffee. It was due to my cheap hand grinder giving out uneven grinds. I upgraded to a Timemore C2—an instant game changer.
For the last 4 days, I've been brewing sour cups with an oily layer at the top consistently without a break. I've tried to fine-tune my recipe and adjusted it as per the most common and famous recipes. This whole process is stressing me out and being unable to brew a simple cup is causing me to lose some sleep over it.
Here's the recipe:
- 1:12 (I love a strong, concentrated cup), 1:14 (for a smoother cup)
- Inverted.
- 12g of coffee, 144ml water; 14g of coffee, 196ml water
- 92-96 C water (I don't have any tools. I simply let the water rest up to 45 seconds from the boiling point. Always worked before.)
- Pour, stir gently 3-4 times, steep for 2.5 mins, Press for 20-30 seconds.
- Medium-fine grind, 15 clicks on the C2. Tried 14 as well as 16. (I changed the timings to 2 minutes 15 seconds for 15 clicks, and 2 minutes 30 seconds for 14 clicks.)
- I've tried to adjust the timings to 1 minute 30 seconds with medium fine and medium-slightly-coarser-than-table-salt with 20 seconds extra at the end.
Btw, the beans are not specialty beans. It was my first time buying beans and I went with A/AA medium roast beans. The sizes of the beans are a little uneven with uneven shades of brown as well. It might be THE variable that's disrupting everything but I cannot tell since it was fine till 4 days ago and I haven't used specialty coffee beans (ordered it tho, its coming this week.)

I'm just 18 recently and about to end my high school education soon enough. I may go into a university but honestly I don't see the point in trying to advance further since well, AI. I have seen about enough that it shows that it can do better than me in everything I love to do. I know I can still carry these as hobbies at least but how do I even support myself? Don’t agree. Yes, the roads are a bit hectic but if you think you’d be able to navigate it chances are you probably could…
Pros: Maybe most liberating thing I’ve ever done. Cheap. You can go literally anywhere.
Cons: you might get in an accident.
A lot of us come here in search of adventure and new experiences. Riding a scooter along Thailand’s beautiful coast lines is an experience I’ll never forget.
Would like to add: wear your helmet and you do have to be careful of course, when driving even after half an hour you can see why it’s so easy to have an accident. And I’ve got to say most near misses I’ve had are from other tourists acting the eedjit.
