 | Got this guy Christmas Eve and he has never missed a meal he usually is fed every Sunday. When we first got him I didn’t handle him for at least a week and then it was pretty minimal handling until here in the last week or so. He weight 14 g when I first weighed him and then the next time was 13g and then yesterday was back to 14 g is this normal? Should I be feeding every 5-6 days for him to gain weight or will they go thru spurts like kids where they grow and then kind of stall for a bit? My mother she uses food as a way to control me. So as a child I've been underweight and was not given proper nutrition. Just neglected severely. But it became really critical when I reached 13-14 and i was just skin and bones. I looked very scary, was made fun of in school and by my teacher even. Nobody cared in my family not even my dad. They said it's just genetics because they have been thin too and it'll change once I'm 18+. But i wasn't thin i was severely malnourished. She gave me very little food and the only time I got proper food was at night when dad would come. Then I tried to improve as i got in my teen years saved some money and invested in protein etc, and gained healthy weight and started looking really pretty. She didn't like that she lessned my food intake. Then I became severely thin again. And as years passed she has done that everytime she saw my progress. And she constantly comments how I'm always eating and how I never get full when I was severely underweight. She still does this. I was critically underweight before now I'm better than that but still very underweight. All she does has made my relationship with food very negative. I stopped eating because of shame and even don't eat when I'm outside I can't eat in front of people. I am still underweight and she passes comments like these still. And once when I started gaining weight she even comments on how big my breasts are becoming. When I'm clearly underweight. She constantly says things. She tries to ruin all my progress. She doesn't like if i look good and healthy. She only wants to see me lifeless and dying. I don't get enough food to eat. And she starts drama if I even ask for a normal breakfast. Everytime it comes to food she starts drama. I am 21 i don't have a personal space to be taking control of my food. even there's no groceries at home half the time. and I don't have a job im in college. And if I try take some control all I get is cussing and abuse. I'm really sick of getting even my basic needs denied. She happily feeds the girl who is on rental in our house and acts like a mother to her literally. Praises her i know why just to make me look like the devil in front of my dad.
I'm just tired of all this. I've suffered for too long with her. I don't know how long i can live like this. I feel so behind in life. I really feel suicidal. It's not just about food but the constant abuse I have to go through everyday. I don't know if this all is even worth it anymore. I don't have anyone in my life. I don't have friends. None of my siblings talk to me. I don't have anyone in my life. People my age are aiming for big things and here I am struggling with food and to protect myself from her, protect my belongings from getting destroyed by her. And even taking basic care of myself gets sabotaged by her. She is constantly abusing me and brainwashing my dad and telling lies about me. I didn't know she will get this insane. Now she has started drama and crying telling my dad how I am troubling her and all that she has done for me and how I'm a useless peace of shit. She really hates me now and is open about it to me and is talking shit about me to dad. She wants to ruin me and my life. And she is succeeding. She ruined my physical health and mental health. Idk how long i can take this. Now I am just ignoring her and she is going totally insane and talking shit and has started sm drama. I'm just so hopeless.

I know EM deals with MSK all the time given that back pain is probably the #3 reason for ER visits. But its rarely taken care of to the extent that a PM&R or Sports doc takes care of that.
Anybody familiar with a practice model that allows for hospital/acute medicine + MSK I know there are Sports fellowships for EM, just not sure how that would work given that every resident and even 40-50 y/o attendings I have talked to said that going part-time EM and doing a side-gig is almost never possible because medical groups would rather hire 1 full-time rather than 2 part-time to cover their shifts (reasonably so).
Any wisdom is appreciated

Here's a tutorial on modding the local setting for FPS cap.
The previously posted ones do not work, as Kuro changed the table row values and broke a bunch out to their own row
I noticed after a rebuild my FPS was 60 - EVGA 3070 XC3 Ultra running REBAR & 6 core Coffee Lake 4.2GHz
Download SQL editor: https://sqlitebrowser.org/dl/
"DB Browser for SQLite - .zip (no installer) for 64-bit Windows" version.
Extract this and run "DB Browser for SQLite.exe".
You can make a copy of the setting to a .old if you like
LocalStorage.db file
Browse and open DB within SQL Lite
Then Browse Tab
Then mod the entry up in the attached screenshots
2 value = 60 FPS cap
3 value = 120 FPS cap
Hope this helps people who've had their system locked out of 120 from the settings in-game
This file is not a game file, so you aren't modding anything other than a local copy of your in-game settings

I had downloaded Clean My Mac (free) a year ago when I realized my laptop was super slow. Obviously it is OLD but I am not able to buy a new one at this time.
I would like to try to keep this baby running as long as possible, but it is really ridiculously slow. I don't even have a ton of files saved on here, barely any pictures, etc. Just some old research papers from college last year.
