Just curious on your thoughts? I read some posts on here not to be concerned because keto diet will do this. Some folks showed concerned. Dr recommended I do the mediterranean diet. For context I started my keto diet about 5 months ago. I feel better. I lost about 20lbs. 5’7” from 165 to 145lbs. My triglycerides used to be extremely high but that was due to drinking as well. I stopped drinking alcohol for a year now. I don’t exercise much. Maybe once a week. But that’s mainly due to me working full time and then renovating my home after work. I eat fast food the burger meat and veggies maybe once a week for lunch when I’m at work. I don’t eat bacon often or processed foods. What are your thoughts?
