2025.01.22 18:21 MooseKnuckleds Hyundai and Bluelink Issues
I know many others have issues with Bluelink and/or Hyundai. I'm going to sticky this post to be a sound board for all the frustrations people have.
I've been trying to discuss issues with both Hyundai and Bluelink, Hyundai Canada is non responsive or when they do they tell me to talk to my dealer depsite me already saying I have and the dealer can't do anything - so they either don't read or are doing it intentionally to be patronizing.
And Bluelink lied through their teeth then stopped replying.
Both are absolutely terrible customer service.
My dealer has been great in the sense they are friendly and acknowledge the issues, but they don't have the ability to fix Bluelink issues, or software issues.
The customer service seems to be: you'll tire yourself out.
When I had my Silverado, Chevy actually had CS people monitor chat forums and would message people who posted complaints/issues to help them resolve it.

Can we not see what the inclusion of that one word, worthy, does to our psyche? It creates a clear divide between those considered worthy to serve and those deemed unworthy, effectively forcing the latter to carry a figurative scarlet letter in their community for years and years.
It doesn't really matter if we refuse to label it as doctrine. It's impact is the same as doctrine. The culture of shame it has created carries with it the weight and judgement of God even though it was spoken as a man.
What other "non-doctrines" have impacted you with that kind of weight?

Hi friends,
I’m new here and writing this because I’ve been going through a really tough time over the last two months.
Right now, after everything that’s happened (spoiler ahead), my doctor’s main hypothesis is Post-Infectious Irritable Bowel Syndrome (PI-IBS). But honestly, I feel like my symptoms are way too severe for this diagnosis.
To test this theory, I wanted to share my situation with you and hear your thoughts.
About two months ago, I started experiencing a range of gastrointestinal issues: nausea, diarrhea (though I was only going to the bathroom once a day), vertigo, blurry vision, palpitations, extreme weakness, and significant weight loss.
Interestingly, for reasons I still don’t understand, I fell into a terrible state of “paranoia” and hypervigilance. I could only think about severe diseases. I dreamed about it. I cried so many times. I was completely consumed by catastrophic thoughts, even though there wasn’t any clear reason for them.
Then, I started taking antibiotics (metronidazole and ciprofloxacin). I assume the doctor suspected SIBO, even though I didn’t have the test done.
I took them, and bingo! My diarrhea stopped.
My bowel habits are still strange, but the diarrhea is gone.
However, all the other symptoms have persisted: vertigo, palpitations, blurry vision, extreme fatigue, brain fog, and this awful feeling of fullness or bloating (especially in the morning, right after waking up).
My anxiety has been through the roof. I spend all day on Reddit (as I’m doing right now).
I’m absolutely sure my situation has a strong emotional component—I have no doubts about that.
That said, I feel like some of these symptoms are too unusual to conclude it’s just IBS. Vertigo? Brain fog? Trouble regaining lost weight, even when I’ve increased my caloric intake? Palpitations?
Have you experienced anything like this?
At the moment, I’m also starting to investigate H. pylori (I’m getting an endoscopy tomorrow).
What do you think? Can IBS really be this debilitating?

I think Catelyn is way more intelligent than people make out to be. I think her mistakes are just big mistakes and people let it define her completely.
I’m on book 2 and in every chapter of hers she’s extremely perceptive, observing people down to the micro expressions. She has a good head on her shoulders and knows people well. Her mistake with taking Tyrion, was pure confirmation bias, imagine the answer you “feel” is true is that the lannisters killed Jon Arryn, your sister sends a letter supporting this, and then someone provides reason to why the assassination attempt on your son is due to a lannister. You’re going to believe it.
I would argue it’s a flaw in her emotional intelligence but in every chapter she’s not lacking in that department, apart from her relationship with Jon.
Does catelyn know other people well and what they shouldn’t do/ say / to avoid danger but she doesn’t know herself as much nor how to control herself ?

This morning I turned on my system and was greeted with an error message stating that it couldn't find a file and that's why it couldn't boot up. I figured, "No problem, I automatically make snapshots when I update so I'll just roll back the system." Yeah, about that. It could roll anything back for some reason. Rather than panicking or reinstalling everything, I decided to go to the wiki and found that I need to run mkinitcpio again. I read how to arch-chroot and mount the subvolumes and pingo, back up. It didn't take too long along, barely an inconvenience. I'm glad I was able to solve it cause when I make arch linux officially my daily driver, I will need to be able to solve problems like this without freaking out about it.

So I started in December 2023 and was told we will have yearly compensation reviews. They tend to do them in chunks when a bunch of people are eligible. So even though I started in December 2023, the soonest cycle I’m eligible for will occur in April 2025. I’m just wondering if doing them a few times a year to capture a large number of people is normal, and yearly compensation reviews are actually supposed to be exactly one year, or if my company is dragging it out lol. Based in America if that makes a difference.
