In preparation for 50 series cards, I'm swapping my psu. When I turn my new psu I/O switch on, the case fans spin without pressing the on/off switch on the PC, and the cpu mobo light comes on. It won't post and no rgb comes on. Is this psu dead on arrival? Everything was plugged in correctly and my old psu works.

2025.01.22 20:51 MCShujinkou Looking for confirmation if I have permanent golfers elbow
What happened: I got into fitness and weight training in 2020, as a lot of people did during lockdown. I was and still am an amateur and knew very little about proper training forms, pacing, best practices ect. Long story short, I went too hard on doing pull ups and ended up injuring my left elbow. To make things worse I have clinically diagnosed ocd so I was compelled to power through it and keep the gains instead of resting because the pain wasn't that bad, just a minor annoyance. By 2021, I started noticing and obsessing that the pain never went away and would notice a minor pain for a fraction of a second whenever I did certain movements with my left arm, specifically when it involved tightening my muscles and then bending my elbow. But I still didn't take a break from my training because of my ocd.
What I've done: In 2023, I went to go see a specialist (I don't remember a specialist in what exactly) and the doctor examined my arm and did an ultrasound on it. He said he didn't see anything worth noting. No tears, no inflammation, nothing. He just advised that I take it easy on the training and do stretches. I fought against my urges and took a break from doing pull ups and a couple other trainings that would cause particularly strong flair ups in my arm (I still did some some trainings like curls which only caused minor flair ups because I'm an idiot and can't win against my ocd).
What's happening now: By now a lot of that pain has gone away (it was never very painful to begin with, just a minor inconvenience) when I do most things. I generally go about my day without noticing any pain. But sometimes I'll have random flair up where the pain is noticeable when I move/use my arm in certain ways for the whole day. And when I do strength training.
I've basically lived with this minor pain for 5+ years and it shows no sign of going away. I'm wondering if this has basically become chronic and I'll have to learn to live with it the rest of my life. I'm just looking for closure so I don't hold out hope that it'll eventually get better when it won't.

For context, I go to a state school (2nd best in the state) and major in Poli Sci, I added Marketing this year to give myself a bigger scope but I lack any big passion or ideas the last six months. My freshmen year I was super excited and wanted to be involved, I got into student government, won an election, etc. I had a lot of leadership positions lined up and everything looked great. Last fall I had the biggest crash ever, I had to quit half my orgs because I couldn't keep up, I'd be late to meetings or too tired to some of the work I needed to do. My ability to prioritize and time management was horrible, I had frequent mental breakdowns (I live alone) and would rely on going out with my friends during the weekends to feel anything emotionally. I just felt so empty and like I was a failure.
Due to last semester my GPA dropped from a 3.4 to a 2.8, I've never felt more hopeless, I wanted to go to law school. That was my only pre-existing dream. And there's no way that's possible anymore. Today I overslept due to my phone breaking and missed an interview to run for re-election (I'm literally on the exec board). I cried all day and was going to drive four hours to the nearest apple store but realized I can't due to weather and have to wait for tomorrow, so I can't even explain myself immediately.
I have killed my reputation, my gpa is low, and I can't seem to make any good choices. I don't know what to do other than cry and sulk which makes it worse. I feel so alone, so dumb, and like a failure within all my roles of leadership. I don't know what I could possibly do other than drop out. Strangers on the internet, please give me advice.

Reposting from a comment I made on another post because I think it's interesting:
I work in marketing on the Las Vegas Strip. My job is to work with businesses on the strip to create campaigns, specifically street teams and walking media. About 80% of them can't afford anything more than $1k or so a month because their margins are too thin. Why? Because rent for these spots are insane. One of my clients is a small food stand (pretty much a restaurant but there's no seating). These guys are spending $40k a month for a spot on Flamingo and the Blvd. We have gone back and forth for a few years now trying to come up with ideas but he simply doesn't have the budget for anything. He's been doing google ads and working with Tripadvisor, but that's it. He tells me all the time how he needs more people in the door. It's very frustrating for him too because he is located about 50 feet away from the main sidewalk on the Strip. I tell him let's do a walking billboard handing out coupons. He says he can't afford more than $15/hr. Which means I need to pay someone $10 so I can make money. I won't hire anyone for less than $20 unless it's full time. So we don't do it and we don't speak for months until he reaches back out restarting the whole convo.
This is the same situation for most, if not all, of my clients. We have plenty of ideas but there's not enough meat left on the bone for them to allocate any advertising money. I had another attraction client shut down their campaign because in addition to their rent, the construction fucked up their shuttle options, effectively cutting off the main way they send people to and from their location.
Conversely, advertisers like the casinos and giant shows have MASSIVE budgets (a few million per month) but might not really need it because of brand recognition. Bellagio, Cosmo and Cirque Du Soleil are destination businesses (people actively look them up and go there) versus Happy Lemon Boba Tea for example, not my client (there are multiple drink option businesses). But Happy Lemon NEEDS it! But can't afford it. I'm sure they're doing better than my client because they're simply located closer to the main sidewalk.
I have another restaurant client inside Miracle Mile Shops located on the far east side of the building, about a 15 minute walk from the main sidewalk. These guys need some serious exposure but they also can't afford anything. In fact, I spoke with one (different business) who told me the landlord told them "well you get 40 million people here every year, so this is prime real state". That's true IF it's located near a steady stream of people walking around. But what happens if it's just 50 feet away and they're still paying ass loads on rent?
Same thing with stand alone restaurants off the strip. Their rents are getting increased annually which means they cut their marketing spend. Thus creating less business.
It's all very interesting and probably why you'll see big brands take over a lot of these locations.

2025.01.22 20:51 GotchaMcFee Rocket has the only damage dealing ult in the game where the ulting hero is credited with no damage.
It would be really nice to know how much damage I boost when I ult as Rocket. Some games it's frustrating when people flame me for getting less damage than the other healer but I've used my 40% damage buff ult 9 times in the game.
It would be nice to either credit the 40% damage boost to Rocket, or at least give him a stat where he can at least see how much damage has resulted from him ultimate like he can see how many revives he has gotten.
And I know scoreboard stats don't matter, but if I get flamed for scoreboard stats I'd at least like to have receipts.
