Hey everyone, a few weeks ago I met a girl that shared her experience with me. She’s undiagnosed with ADHD and treating it with microdosing. Her experience is very good and she can finally live again without being struck down due to the downsides of ADHD.
I am diagnosed and on Elvanse (German version of Vyanse in the US). It definitely helped me over the past 6 months but numbs me and even though the dose is high for my body my head is not as much affected by it. I feel the rush, energy and sometimes even anxiety. But until now (went in tiny steps from 20 up to 40 mg) it’s very hard for my head to focus and to get things done.
Fast forward, I feeling the call to microdose. Unfortunately I can’t reach out to the girl. She has a guy who’d talk to you as a some sort of dosage counselor and measure your dose.
Now I want to try it by myself. I’m familiar with psychedelics and substances, so that’s nothing new for my body and head. I’m off my medication and detoxing my body.
But what next? Is there a certain type of LSD that works best with ADHD? How should the dosage be according to my weight and height? What else is important to know?

 | It makes me so incredibly happy to finally make this post. I’ve been suffering with severe digestive problems for over 2 years. Symptoms consisting of bloating, gas, diarrhea and constipation, malnutrition, anxiety and many more. I had legitimately tried everything. 4 different doctors, 5 different anti fungals and antibiotics. I spent over 1k in doctor visits, medication and supplements. Some supplements suppressed my symptoms, but none of them actually eliminated the problem all together. Once I could only eat egg whites and potatoes without feeling bloated to the point I felt like I was going to pop, I switched to a carnivore diet. Switched to eating beef, eggs, butter and bacon and within 3 days I noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference in my symptoms. About 75% of my symptoms were gone and for once I had some sort of relief. After about 3 months my symptoms slowly started to come back, so I knew I had to do something else. I tried more supplements and tried a 5 supplement protocol that I found on this Reddit page. 2 weeks into the protocol I felt great! But once the protocol was done my symptoms came back. I knew I needed to starve whatever was in my body. Came across a video on YouTube from Matthew Armstrong where he said he cured his digestive problems with a 12 day fast. It was the fastest video I had ever clicked on lol. I followed exactly what he did and did a bone broth fast (not technically a fast, but still starving the bad bacteria while repairing the gut lining). Instead of doing the 12 days, I ended my bone broth fast after 7 1/2 days, breaking it with 1 hard boiled egg with butter. Waited about 2 hours and had a cup of sauerkraut to add good bacteria back into my gut. A few hours later I had a bowl of vegetable soup ( BEFORE I COULDNT EAT ANY VEGETABLES WITHOUT BEING BLOATED AND IN PAIN FOR OVER 24 HOURS) and after eating the soup I had no bloating, no side effects, and felt great. This was the first time in over 2 years that I had ate something that would normally mess me up and had no problems. Complete game changer. I am happy to say that I am back to eating a keto diet consisting of animal based products with light fruit and veg and feel absolutely amazing. I did loose a little bit of fat and muscle during the fast but I’m okay, being that I had a good amount of muscle to start. If you want to do this, you first need to see if your in a position to do this. If you are severely malnourished to begin with, this might not be safe for you. Contact your doctor first to get the green light. first get carbs and sugars out of your diet. Next stop drinking coffee. This will help you with headaches during the fast. Hello, I have covid and am very sick, but I also just set up a new tank with new substrate. I was hoping maybe someone could calm my worries?😭 I used cocofibre, cypress mulch, and a bit of spagnum moss. The cypress mulch came damp in the bag, and the other two I had to soak. I squeezed out as much water as I could (it no longer drips water when squeezed) and put it directly in the tank (mixed up). Its still quite damp, but the tank only reads 35-40% humidity. Canada is really dry right now. I'm concerned about scale rot or respiratory infection, because temps are a bit low now too (81 and 73) and I dont want to cover it due to the humidity. I've done this before and everything was fine, but with the lower temps I'm worried and can't do anything because I'm bedridden😭 You guys think he'll be okay?

Hello!
I recently acquired a pair of mid tops, loaded with BMS 4554 8 ohm compression driver, however upon testing them, due to an amp malfunction (switch on the amp saying it was running in stereo but instead running in parallel), one of the drivers has blown/been badly damaged, presumably because it was being sent the mid signal instead of the highs.
My question is, knowing this, would I need to buy a whole new compression driver or just a replacement diaphragm? How difficult is it to replace the diaphragm (DIY job or take it to a shop?), and would there be any difference in sound between the speaker with the original diaphragm and the replacement one.
Additionally, I realise i'm running the comps through an amp that is much too powerful for them, i'm wondering are there any rules that are different for amps driving comps compared to subs? I'm guessing because they're 80 watts at 8 ohms, getting an amp that is roughly double this power rating would be ideal as the amp i was previously using is much higher wattage than this, but any inside into this or recommendations would be amazing.
Any help is much appreciated as I don't know much about this subject, Cheers!

Hey guys, I'm Cody (Online nickname, not my real one). I'm 15 to 16 years old, African-American, autistic, and have ADHD. I have no friends at school, and I have lived with my aunt and grandma inside my grandma's rented house for my whole life... Look, I just need some comfort, that's all... OKAY? You see, I had a TERRIBLE nightmare last night, it was about my grandma, and my younger self, and how in that dream, I got in trouble, and my grandma was really mad at me and was coming to my room, or demanding me to come down into her room so she can whoop me, I was just crying and whimpering, and then, I woke up at 2-something AM, shaking, my body couldn't move, my feet numb because they're tired, I couldn't even watch ASMR sleep aid videos to help me back to sleep, that nightmare actually scared me because that was a thing when I was younger, and didn't have my own room, when I was sleeping in my grandma's room during that time, and it was during a time where I DIDN'T KNOW BETTER, but was yelled at, scared, didn't know what to do, was confused, and was crying to myself, hiding it, and holding the tears in my eyes in because I used to thought "boys don't cry" when I was younger, guys, please, I need reassurance and a hug! 😢

In S1, although I never bought that he could seriously be with Karen Minty, I lost respect when he so lightly cheated on her and made fun of her with Beck! I expected that at first he'd gentlemany defend her when Beck was being rude, but then break up with her over Beck, not that he'd shamelessly get along with it.
Then later, although I'm not a Love fan (and I don't think they're the same like many people here), I was also disappointed by how easily he fell out of love with her and in love with that neighbor.
I don't think I was that bothered by any of his kills though haha. I can see how sometimes people just make you have to kill them, but cheating is really crossing the line Joe...
