We have B&P + Finance clauses on our contract for 28th Jan, we have unconditional approval from the bank all sorted and are happy with the inspections.
Is there any reason benefit to communicating those conditions are met on the contract early, or should we just let them expire? It's only a few working days

É como se o som ficasse global, nao da pra saber de qual lado vem os sons do jogo. O próprio fone tem um modo jogo mas nao muda em muita coisa. Tag light socket/pigtail insanity So I’m selling my 2014 Grand Cherokee and part of that process was I got it inspected so I could see what I needed to fix in order for an easy selling process.
Take it to our mechanic (who we use for our company fleet vehicles, I trust them a lot) and one of the issues on the inspection was the license plate light was out. My mechanic goes through it and determines the socket/pigtail is the issue and is corroded and needs replacing (see pictures). But the kicker is that the part costs just under $300 from the dealer which is absolute insanity, plus $150 or so in labor because they have to remove a lot of parts of the trunk to replace. My mechanic said they searched far and wide online for an alternative, but couldn’t find anything and suggested maybe I try researching also. I can’t find anything online either so I was hoping maybe some people on here have had this issue and can offer insight. Any help is appreciated!!

Been playing hardcore and recently started my kriegs set farm after finishing AoM in elite difficulty.
I see people complaining that they didnt finish the set till lvl 89 yet here I am without a single piece of the armor.
Did they change it so the set only drops on ultimate now? Krieg is lvl 94 now and still had 0 luck from him.
Honestly really hoping im missing something here but would really appreciate some input to stop me going insane any longer on this grind.

Yesterday i made my first watch but instead of using tweezers i used that green rubber cleaner that came in those cheap Chinese watchmaking tool kit to hold on to the hands while installing it. That left marks on them that i want to clean. The hands came very shiny and polished and the part where i placed the rubber became dull. Thinking about opening the watch again taking the hands off and cleaning it but dont want to do it if im not sure ill be able to get it back to polished. Will just water work or a dry microfiber?

2025.01.23 22:30 TD-12 Does anyone still struggle with purchasing, preparing, or ordering, too much food?

I’ve been on Ozempic for ten months now and I still regularly purchase, prep, order, and plate too much food only to waste it. The logical voice in my head tells me in real time not to do it, but I often ignore it, fully aware that it is correct. Before being medicated, I struggled with the “food noise” and constantly thought about food most of the day… I had a food insecure childhood and totally understand how that influences my current thinking and behavior towards food and eating. Once I became medicated, the “food noise” reduced in a significant way. However, when I am faced with the task of managing the food I am about to eat, I STILL over purchase, over portion, and over order food. I still come to the place of, “I don’t care, I’m doing this.”
This attitude and drive is so powerful I cannot stop it. After the first 3-4 tablespoons, I am done, “…I can’t eat another bite.” Then, I throw away everything left over. I feel guilty, foolish ,and out of control. I know it’s wasteful and financially irresponsible, but the drive to engage in this behavior is overwhelming and I have not come to a place that allows me to abandon this thinking. I know I am going to eat and become satisfied. I know I will not feel hunger. I know my needs a met. And I know I am going to eat tomorrow. Yet, I STILL struggle with this issue in a consistent manner. Can anyone relate to this? Have you developed strategies? I hate that food still has power over me and that my issues with food are STILL present in spite of the undeniable progress I have made and how this medication has helped me. I don’t feel the possibility to stop this behavior is obtainable. Can anyone relate to this?
