2025.01.24 10:01 Rare_Dragonfruit1879 The cutest Sim Family story i made so far in TS3
So one day i noticed i haven't really used the Supernatural EXP a lot, even though i paid money for it, so i decided to make a family living in the Moonlight falls. I made a Vampire, who was evil, unfriendly,.. and wanted to become a criminal mastermind, and then i made a fairy, who was the polar opposite. (Their names were Lucifer and Luna lol), the fairy was friendly, outgoing, loved nature... and she wanted to have the perfect garden. Somehow i thought it would be a nice Challenge to have them live together, and try to get married. It was quite rough but somehow they managed to get married, they had a small poor wedding with only some friends (poor because Lucifer was the only one working atm) but it was actually super cute. Speed forward Luna got pregnant with a girl who turned out to be a fairy, i then tried again and she got pregnant with a boy who ALSO turned out to be a fairy ( poor Lucifer none of his genes worked), they all lived in Moonlight Falls.
Luna picked up the "Author" Career since they needed more money and Lucifer was so good at his job he almost always got promoted lol. They got quite rich so they managed to move into a mansion in Moonlight falls, as soon as the children grew up, i wanted a little drama. I wanted the kids to stop wanting to live in Moonlight falls, they wanted to live a normal life outside the supernatural, so I made them move out to Sunset Valley. As they were living in a house in Sunset Valley, Luna and Lucifer began to argue badly (because i love drama i am so sorry T_T ) because of the children and it got so bad that they got a divorce. With the power of mods i managed to move Luna to Sunset Valley to live with her kids while Lucifer stayed in Moonlight Valley. Luna began a whole new Career as a doctor in a hospital to support her Kids.
After a while, the daughter of Luna got older and married a normal Sim and got pregnant, their child managed to be a normal Sim. Luna was basically forced to take care of a newborn while also working because her daughter wanted to focus on her studies. THEN I decided to move Lucifer also into Sunset Valley because he was looking for Luna. Their relationship was quite broken so it took a time for it to fix and Luna was too focused on her career and children than fixing her Relationship with her Ex Husband.
Lucifer took up a new job as well to support his children (Even though he quite hated them because they were the reason Luna left and he was always against leaving Moonlight Falls and leaving their Family and their life back) so they all lived in a small house in Sunset Valley. The daughter finished College, then i made her move out with her (now not toddler but child) and her husband so they could live their life. Their son fell in love with Agnes and he also moved into Agnes's Mansion and they managed to get married. (jackpot for him lol)
So now it was only luna and lucifer. I made them age up (because their Lifespan is like forever and i wanted them to fit the "timeline" like how many years have gone by and also vampires live like forever lol)
Luna and Lucifer had all the time in the world to fix their relationship and they did everything they wanted, went out on dates etc etc.. and soon they got remarried and i managed to move them back into Moonlight Falls in their very first house. There they lived until the very end and died together.

TL;DR: is there a way to run seatools on a Linux-only system with no GUI? Or an alternative to seatools?
I have a couple of new EXOS drives. SMART reports crazy (and increasing) numbers for raw read error rate, but AIUI this is somehow normal for Seagate.
On Proxmox I’ve done a zpool replace with these drives, all fine, and an extra zpool scrub for good measure. All fine.
So I thought perhaps Seagate’s own seatools might tell me something more useful than SMART. And there’s the rabbit hole - all of Seagate’s seatools assume you’re using Windows, or Linux with a GUI. Even the “ISO” download of seatools is a Windows executable FFS.
The legacy seatools on a FreeDOS image run but don’t detect the HBA or drives. Well, the files on their image do date from 2011 or so…
There’s a seatools_cli.tar file as well, which contains some sort of executable that fails to run.

What is SATS?
State Akin to Sleep (SATS) refers to the deep state of consciousness during meditation or just before falling asleep. In SATS, the body is relaxed, but control over the mind is retained. It is used to create vivid visualizations in imagination for the purposes of manifesting.
After you have decided on the action which implies that your desire has been realized, then sit in your nice comfortable chair or lie flat on your back, close your eyes for the simple reason it helps to induce this state that borders on sleep. The minute you feel this lovely drowsy state, or the feeling of gathered togetherness, wherein you feel- I could move if I wanted to, but I do not want to, I could open my eyes if I wanted to, but I do not want to. When you get that feeling you can be quite sure that you are in the perfect state to pray successfully.
