How should I (uk) react to the american situation at the moment.
I've been seeing on tiktok a lot about "america sneezes and 5 mins later the uk gets a cold" and stuff like that. Saying this is our time to prepare. Care before its on your doorstep. Etc.
I care now. I don't know what to do other than supporting awarness posts on social media. I can't do much about whats happening over there but I do agree it is our time to prepare in the uk as I have no doubt that we will follow in their footsteps.
What do I do in preparation? People have been saying about reading certain books - how will that help? Do I stock up on things or is that useless and unnecessary? Like genuinely whag do I do?
No one else in the uk seems concerned besides the people online saying to prepare and most social medias will take down posts asking stuff like this so I can't really find anything more detailed than "get prepared".

I’m a 32k and realizing that unlined bras (eg panache envy, freya starlight) seem to do a lot better for me in terms of support. But then there’s the obvious consequence of nipping out… which is of course not inherently a problem but I’m not trying to go for that look in certain contexts.
My shirts are often also thin (I’ve found fitted, stretchy fabrics are most flattering on me) but then they show every detail. You see my issue.
Has anyone found any kind of solution to this? Maybe some kind of bra insert for better coverage? Basically I want the support of an unlined with the coverage of a lined but I’m having a hard time believing such a thing is out there haha.

Hello everyone! Peace!
I am learning to play the keyboard and have recently started playing at church. Since I didn’t have a quality keyboard — and everything is very expensive here in Brazil — I decided to use a mobile app, which I purchased to access digital piano and keyboard sounds. To avoid using unknown or dubious sounds, I bought a package of soundfonts (SF2) with realistic and high-quality tones created by a well-known music producer who sampled his keyboards. He refined, adapted, and edited the original sounds, but I don’t know the technical details of the process.
However, as I reflected on this, I began to worry about copyright issues. My intention is to use these sounds solely for personal purposes and for playing at church, but I don’t want to break any rules, harm anyone, or ultimately sin by offering a form of worship that wouldn’t be acceptable to God. I’ve done a lot of research, but I still haven’t found clear explanations about the legality of using soundfonts derived from purchased or shared keyboards online.
When I directly questioned the producer about my concerns, he assured me that his work is legal. He explained that what he cannot do is use commercial names, and since he processes and modifies the keyboard sounds to create distinct versions, he doesn’t violate any laws.
I continued my research, and from the limited information I found, it seems there are copyright concerns regarding the original samples from the keyboards. I also learned that there’s a difference between digital and analog sampling, as well as factors related to whether the original samples are digital or synthesized. Details that I understood very little.
For example, I’ve noticed that companies like Native Instruments, which owns Kontakt (a paid software that is much more expensive than the one I’m using), license complete libraries of sounds from famous keyboard brands that are almost identical to the originals. Yet, there doesn’t seem to be any official statement from the keyboard or piano brands about this. Could anyone clarify this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve searched many sources online but haven’t found any official declarations from these brands—only vague and nuanced discussions. I even emailed some brands but have not received any replies.

But if that's so it means Davis' contingency plan went off, causing the enormous ghost rock explosion at Libby Prison, which Dead Presidents specifically stated resulted in a deadland forming in the middle of the city. Was this ever brought up anywhere after Dead Presidents?

Looking for some insight. Trying to install a turbo inlet. I swear this has been worked on before I owned the car because the bottom bolt is so damn tight, I can't even get it to budge. Bought a set of low profile right angle torx wrenches, and it broke the wrench (yes I was going in the right direction). Long story short, the face of the torx bolt is starting to round out. Would it be easier to remove the front end, to remove the throttle cross over pipe that sits in front of the turbo or to remove the turbo and have the ability to remove the inlet in a work bench. If any there's any other ideas, input would would be appreciated.
Also tried using a 1/4 inch wrench and socket. Ratcheting wrench with a torx bit, and a 1/4 with a long extension to fit between the crossover throttle pipe and inlet. All deemed unsuccessful.

This may be a ramble, but I am curious what other people think.
I have been struggling with stress and anxiety for a while now, but it has definitely gotten worse the past year. Now, I did start some meds that can cause anxiety, but I also just went through a ton of medical, personal and work changes, so it could also not be from the meds.
I was struggling earlier this week and finally decided to seek help. They said they would get back to me with an intake packet end of this week. Said great, and called it a day. Today, they sent me the intake packet, and now I am struggling if I really need it. I am in a relatively good mood today and am able to manage my anxiety pretty well. So it feels like I am just taking this spot from someone else and it almost feels like I am an imposter. But my fiance who has been with me for 12 years (anniversary is actually today) has been pushing me to see someone for a while now because he thinks its not normal.
I am going to go regardless, but is therapy beneficial even for the good days? Does anyone else feel like an imposter and that they dont deserve therapy (or others think you dont need it)?

I (17F) (you can call me Emily) is getting married to Mark (20M) in November on the 15th surprisingly this drama is not about marks family it's about mine. So for some context I am part Senegalese and part Chinese and mark is Chinese. Mark's family is rich and so is mine, this is an arranged marriage. Mark was supposed to get married to my cousin (18F let's call her dummy) but he hated her personality and then we met and now we are getting married. My cousin is a whole other story which I already talk about in my other post, Mark's family are so nice and supportive and I love them BUT my family their a little crazy. My mom said that I needed to invite her friends and business partners (I don't know them) and my father wants to have my grandma there I don't want her there because she mentally and sexually abused me so yea. So dummy is mad that I'm marrying (Her Maaan) and I'm doing this to hurt her. Like no I just met and fell in love not my fault you have a shity personality. She said she is going to were white to my Senegalese weeding (I'm have two the other one is Chinese) which I don't care if she does because I'm not wearing white but she got mad and said that I'm a bridzilla like no you're just a bitch any way my uncle said that he is bringing alcohol like no you're are not there no alcohol allowed and then my aunt is saying that I'm a whore like narr bitch you just single. Dummy tried to ruin my engagement by telling mark that I'm not a virgin but mark said he doesn't give a shit so I'm okay with that and mark has been going to bat for like I love this man. He told my mom that I should choose who should be at my wedding and told my dad that if he sees my grandmother at my wedding he will make sure that my family regrets it and so yea and for my aunt and uncle he said he'll deal with them. There are some many another problems and this is the tip of the iceberg but I'm here to ask for help in petty revenge against them so what should I do.

It's a first watch for me! I am currently on season 8. Just a few things;
- The men on the show are absolutely horrible and "trashy." They loooove to throw that word out to the women who do literally the same thing they do. It's very apparent that they all let the fame, drinking, and partying get to their heads. Not only do they lack drive, respect, and "charm", they also lack human decency.
- Katherine is my favorite. I think with her being mentally abused from Thomas all those years, him threatening her with her kids and bringing women around them, also the sexual assault case, she's grown to have a wall of defensiveness and not be able to communicate very well. She needs therapy, if she's not in it already. I really hope that she's able to get her life better. (I've done some deep dive research into her and know she's recently lost custody.) That being said, I can't avoide the tone death comments she's made and hope that she's had real conversations off camera about it.
- Lena. I think Bravo brought her in to spark political discussions and it just felt too on the nose for me. Like they purposely only showed her when it was heated political conversations. I feel like there is so much more to her. Since I'm on season 8, I noticed Bravo brought Venita for the same reason except its not so upfront. She gives a more underlining meaning but still, I blame Bravo for this. I'm all for political discussions, but not when it's essentially planted in. I just feel Bravo was trying to save their assets instead of making it authentic.
- Thomas is literally the devil. He's disgusting, perverse, a horrible man, and deserves nothing that he has.
- Patricia is my goal tbh. I love her.
- Chad is so unattractive. No amount of trust fund money, will make me ever be attracted to him. He projects his insecurities on EVERYONE. He says he's gone to therapy but clearly, the narcissist isn't admitting to the therapist about things. He's the definition of white privilege but also the definition of white man syndrome. Everything is about him and he can do no wrong. Bleh.
