My water bill is insane recently. No big change in behavior. Just big bill and the water company telling me I’m like 3x people like me.
When I check the meter sure enough it’s running all the time even when I turn off everything (no faucets no laundry no showers). It stops when I cut off the whole house water. Ok so obviously something is leaking.
I don’t think it’s irrigation because it’s been winterized (could be wrong there) but there is no swampy spot in the lawn or whatever.
It can’t be second floor pipes because then I’d see water in the ceiling. It can’t be lower floor pipes because then I’d see water in the crawl space and I’ve checked as best I can.
I do have a pool and one irrigation zone is set to fill it but it’s not on all the time and the pool is obviously not leaking (also again it’s winterized so I doubt I could turn it on right now anyway)
I’m fresh out of ideas and I also don’t know how to proceed. Do I call a plumber? What would they even do? I have no other shutoff valves around (that I know of) that could further narrow this down. Everything is fine but water is obviously going somewhere

I had my exam prospond, it was supposed to be held on 15th and was rescheduled today, And I felt like there were quite a lot of Sanskrit stuff on paper 1 which is very unreal for everyone to know. And for paper 2 (my subject being mass com) I felt like this time there were a lot of questions from films an script writing and barely any questions from theories and models of communication, one of the most vital part.

I used my HSA debit card for 2 medical expenses, at the eye doctor ($120) on Jan 22 and my weekly allergy shot ($32) last week on Jan 26. I currently have a balance of 473.00 in the account currently. I see the charges on the card activity have posted, but I don’t see my balance changing under the recent transactions. So it's taking forever to build enough piercing rounds on Vulcanus to kill off the small demolisher protecting the nearest tungsten patch, so I took inspiration from Dune: the patch is near the edge of the territory, so I made a blueprint laying down power poles and two big drills on the patch mining into a chest. Then I mined as much as I could until the demolisher came around on its patrol, deconstructed the blueprint, and ran back across the border. Seems like a successful (if not slow) process.

Hi all. We are getting an Irish Setter puppy in early March. We also have a 16 year old Shitzu who is totally blind. We keep him penned in the kitchen for his safety. This little old man has nine lives. He mostly sleeps. Part of our motivation in getting a puppy is wanting an active playful dog. TBH, in December we were sure the Shitzu was at death's door and in our sadness started dreaming of a puppy. We had a check up at the vet today and other than prescribing an NSAID, doing as expected for an elderly dog. We adopted him as a rescue at 9 months old. He wasnt in a good situation and he has always been fine around people but is often afraid of other dogs. I am preparing an extra bedroom for the puppy. So, I will be able to give them their own space initially but realize with the fast growth of the setter that wont be long term. How have you socialized your elderly dog to a puppy?

Jag håller på att ta körkort och har redan blivit godkänd på teoriprovet. När det var dags för körprovet bokade jag några körlektioner via en körskola som jag blev rekommenderad. Jag genomförde en utbildningskontroll för att få veta hur många körlektioner jag skulle behöva, men läraren gav mig inget tydligt svar. Så istället valde jag att boka fem lektioner för att gå igenom alla moment och få mer övning.
När det sedan var dags för körprovet bokade jag det själv, utan att gå via körskolan. Tyvärr blev jag underkänd på grund av två misstag, vilket jag själv märkte eftersom jag var väldigt nervös. Efteråt ringde jag körskolan och berättade vad som hänt. De sa att de skulle höra av sig, vilket de gjorde senare. Då fick jag veta att jag behövde göra en ny utbildningskontroll för att se hur många lektioner jag behövde, trots att jag redan hade gjort en sådan tidigare.
Nu känner jag mig frustrerad och vet inte vad jag ska göra. Min körlärare sa först att jag var godkänd på både landsväg och motorväg, men nu säger han att jag inte är det. Det känns lite märkligt, och jag undrar om jag blir lurad. Jag ser att många tar körkort via körskolan, men just nu känner jag mig osäker på vad jag ska göra. några tips?

I want to record myself while the whole backgrounds is fully dark behind me and only i am lit up. By me being lit up i mean like 1 third or half of me has shadow on one of my side so it looks very dramatic, serious and cinematic. Important I do know how to do that but I basically need this is high quality and very high resolution without any slight of pixelations on me or especially the pitch black background so that it looks really live and realistic. Whenever i do record myself then the video quality always lets me down especially when using the front camera on iPhone no matter the lighting or angles. Is it even possible to do such a thing with an iPhone or do i also need to depend on external things such as angles lights, positions and black screens? I record through iPhone 13 pro max and started using the black magic free app for video recordings. Are there some settings i should put in, in order to get very high video resolution in very low light so i look live and 3d in the dark? (not flat). Does using 3rd party apps, editing apps or screen recording later on reduce the video quality? Will TikTok or youtube also reduce the quality of my video? I also do use my front camera as i can see myself what Im doing although it does reduce a bit of my video quality compared to the back of my iPhone camera and i also mirror myself in the front camera so i look symmetrical (my face) and don't look ugly. I would use the back but i just cant see what I'm doing and have to keep turning the camera around to see the footage of me if it's good. If it were you how would you to do it in the most obvious or simple way? What settings would you out on the black magic app or iPhone camera? A swell as the angles and distance from the camera? Would vertical or horizontal be better? Thanks for reading this long, and any advice or help would be appreciated?
