Anybody know why some tanks have 3 damage mitigation abilities, some have 2 and some only 1?
Examples:
- Orisa - Fortify and Javelin Spin = 2
- Sigma - Kinetic Grasp and Experimental Barrier = 2
- Ramattra - Void Barrier, Block and Nemesis Form = 3
- Rien - Barrier Field = 1
- Roadhog - Take a Breather = 1
- Mauga - Cardiac Overdrive = 1
Anybody knows the balancing reason behind such discrepancy? Genuinely interested to know.

first of all the remake is trash, no idea why they made it, lets just get that out of the way. 2 & 3 on the ps2 are very great games, but the thing that bothers me is that people dont see they are inferior to the glorious HD collection
the HD collection fixes the smooth frame rate on the og’s by making the frame rate super choppy, and smooth as sand paper, therefore making the game more scary due to the realistic effect this adds
the textures also looking like ass, and remembering the town is messed up and somethings wrong with it makes this way more realistic, same thing with the graphical problem of random things flickering or disappearing or just not even appearing if they wish not to
i also absolutely love the fact that the game chooses when it wants to work, it will constantly crash for hours and then let you play until it decides it doesnt want to anymore. again, this adds to the realism
and FINALLY!! last but not least the glorious voice of Troy baker, wouldnt you rather james to sound like the same guy as joel from the last of us? and who the hell is guy cici? after voicing james in the original he just decided to apparently retire and disappear from all i could find out about him. safe to say Troy Baker did a much better job. same with every other new voice actor for both games.
i absolutely wish they would they would let the same people that did the HD collection make a updated one with sh1, sh4, and even origins, and make them the exact same way just at a even less stable frame rate for extra realism, this would make it so i could enjoy these games at the peak form they could be in.

I'm strugeling to get majora's mask 3d running again on my steam deck. It was running perfectly well before, now it's all stuttery and any changes i make on the core options seem to vanish once i close the app. The fps on the emulation is fixed at 30 and the sound and image is all stuttery and choppy making it impossible to play.
