Brother friends, why do you guys keep getting into NE vs Mainlander debates in this group every day?
Isn't there already enough division in the country? What will fighting amongst ourselves achieve?
First of all, this "mainlander" word itself is wrong and divisive. Mainland China is a thing, there is no such thing as Mainland India.
I am from Northern India and I love North East Indians. You can hate me all you want, but I don't care.
Brothers, we are all one. Only by living together in unity will everyone prosper, only then will the country prosper.
Stop fighting amongst yourselves, brothers.
Yes, I acknowledge that there are people who discriminate on both sides. The rest of India's population is much larger than the NE population, and therefore there is a larger number of people with discriminatory mindsets in the rest of India.
Most people who discriminate are illiterate or less educated, and many of them actually don't know about our own country and how diverse it is. I don't think auto-rickshaw drivers know about NE India.
Brother, to be honest, two girls from Nagaland told me that Temjen Imna Along looks Chinese. I was shocked and felt very bad. He is a lovely guy and I love him, and the whole of India loves him.We find him very cute and a wonderful person.I never even thought about him looking Chinese.
Brothers, stop fighting, the people of the NE are very good and we are also alright bro, maybe less good than you, but we are also good.
Brothers please let's fight the division.

I recently have had a growing interest in medical malpractice law and was wondering if anyone can advise me on what way to go. Should I change my major to science? Maybe biology or medical science- whatever is offered by my institution? Or should I take a few courses and hope for the best?

Soo I am thinking about getting my first Bluetooth ANC Headphones and am currently debating between these two B&W.
I initially leaned towards the PX8 but with all the noise around damaged headbands and a 130€ (I‘m from germany, so I‘d buy from amazon.de) price difference I‘m now considering getting the PX7 s2e - also fueled by the hope that, as its the newer product the durability issues might have been improved.. I‘m aware that only a small portion of buyers have these issues but it did make me hesitate.
From what I‘ve seen on reviews etc. they seem pretty similar in terms of sound quality, with some preferring the PX8 and some the s2e. PX8 wins for ANC but I guess my main decider is durability.
Anyone here have experienced both for some time and can give some insights on that? Or any other comments/opinions.. appreciate anything! Thanks

Hi everyone,
Like many of you, I found this subreddit a bit too late. I had my vasectomy performed in May 2022, and after just a month, my life took a turn I never anticipated. I experienced a myriad of pains and symptoms, including discomfort in my testicles, radiating pain to my groin, and aching in my spermatic cords. There were days when the dull pain in my scrotum reached levels of 7 or 8 on the pain scale. This unexpected ordeal led me into a deep depression, and for the first time in my life, I even had suicidal thoughts. It was a life-altering experience.
Initially, I held onto the hope of reversing the procedure once I hit the one-year mark. But somewhere between 8 to 10 months, the pain slowly began to dissipate. By the time I reached a year, I was finally able to enjoy the so-called “benefits” of having a vasectomy without constant discomfort.
Over the past two years, I occasionally felt sharp pains in one of my testicles, triggering anxiety about the possibility of recurring pain. Thankfully, these sensations would fade away quickly, and I was mostly symptom-free. However, in December 2024, I experienced a resurgence of dull pain in my left testicle. This episode was more intense, rating around 5 or 6 out of 10. I went to bed hoping to wake up pain-free, but when morning came, the discomfort lingered.
This time, the pain was more localized to my left side. The right testicle felt perfectly fine. I was able to pinpoint the discomfort to where the vas deferens was cut, and I had some pain in the upper back part of my left testicle. During the first two weeks of this flare-up, I noticed that ejaculation increased the pain temporarily, and I even struggled with weak urine flow. Those first weeks were truly the hardest.
Now, a month later, my symptoms have evolved. The sensitivity in my left testicle is at a level 1, and the right one feels completely normal. I do experience tingling in my scrotum and penis that’s uncomfortable but not painful, along with some radiating discomfort to the pubic area. I visited my doctor two weeks ago; I tested negative for STIs but was prescribed ciprofloxacin anyway, which I started today. I also have an ultrasound scheduled for March and plan to wait until April before deciding on a potential reversal of the vasectomy.
What frightens me the most is the thought of this pain becoming a recurring part of my life. It's perplexing how the sensations and locations of pain change over time—now, it feels like a diffuse ache rather than pinpointed discomfort. The numbing feeling I occasionally have is particularly frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced shifting pain sites and varying pain levels? I’d love to hear your stories. I'm here to share my journey as it unfolds, and I hope it may resonate with someone else who is struggling.

I do NOT work for Bambu. Most of my time with a different interest entirely. Please be respectful, do no harass for this. Though, I been doing most of the reddit end aside from official post, such as post approval, only as VOLUNTEER.
While I have no current involvement in the discord [was mod there years ago], their actions look reasonable. Thing about moderation is to note if something is done in good faith or bad faith. Good faith is more genuine questions, something thoughtful. Bad faith often is often something just done to harass or spread image.
For example: talking about punishment in public area. In another community, I see someone post in public if art was ok [when private method is known]. Said Art is explicitly NSFW and community is sfw....
Most of the bans are for trolls who take chance to harass. Everyone here should be no stranger to the internet, and know the worst of people exist. Where they taking the chance to make a name of themselves, and have marked of being banned. They just want to be funny. Taking chance to raid people, claiming they banned for say x [when low message history, no actual intentions behind message].
Right now sub is unusable. Ideally we would not silence the issue, have a few post. Yet we want day to day operations on-going, where people can still discuss issues with their print/printer. Limiting / locking / removing duplicate helps this. If you rather us not moderate at all, thus not let people get tip on their printer...
I personally wish things were more planned, like approved official Mega thread days ago.... I found out about these changes same time as you guys.
Note: There exist reddit anti spam filter / crowd control, which I still don't understand nor have control over. Most post get removed due to that, and get sent to mod queue. I assume that is based of karma / account age? When it get sent to Mod queue, I have to manually approve it. Remember I said I'm Volunteer mod.

Hello all just wanted a little insight on what you all think about this. Last night a friend of mine had sent me a Tik tok that my ex made about me yesterday over a year later, since the breakup…thought those would be done with lol. Later that night I get several calls from a phone number with no caller ID and then eventually a caller ID where I could tie the dots back to. It was her friend calling me saying “oh I saw you on my for you page on Tik tok and wanted to get to know you you’re cute” I don’t post on Tik tok and the caller ID gave them away. What’s the point in doing this? I reacted by messing with them and getting to the point of I knew who it was. 2 hours later try calling me again several times and I ignored it. What’s the point in doing this especially over a year since we have been together?

 | Changing out my lower control arm bushings with poly ones and ended up having to cut them out. Unfortunately, I ended up making a small crack on the passenger side of the mounting point for the subframe and then cutting a hole into the other side (see pics). Think I could get away with just welding this versus pulling the whole subframe? In the past I used to leave parties without telling anyone, just go, get ready, maybe say goodbye to the host and disappear. Mostly I would feel stressed, not knowing what to say, worried someone will ask me something, and want to leave, but I wanted to avoid ppl talking me out of it.
I never think clearly in those situations until I step outside, and then I regret it.
Whenever someone flirts with me I shut it down. Like terrified of showing them I might also be interested /be equally open/vulnerable.
I never really got over it.
Now I have this coworker I like talking to, but the moment there is a pause, I tend to end conversation, leave the room, cut the conv. short.
There was a work party recently, I tried real hard to smalltalk with everyone I knew, but I was mostly at my table, and at one point he came up to talk to me, invited me into their dancing circle, I felt like I couldn't think of anything to say, panicked, and so the first chance I got, I went back to my seat and stayed there.
How do you guys deal with similar situations? Did anyone overcome this? Did you practice it?

So, I went to a concert knowing full well that the chances of me seeing my ex there were high, and I went with two friends, one of which he knew, and I did to him. He acted surprised, and he stayed with us. He came alone, and he started talking with the guy that he knew that came with me, and my other friend talked to me non-stop so that I wouldn't have to think about him, and he stayed with us, and I could feel him look at me when my friend was talking to me, and then I ended up talking with him, because he asked me, like, how I knew the band. Then he started asking me what I had been up to until then, and I told him a lot, way too much, and that I didn't think it was the right place to catch up, and he agreed, and then we talked a little. He asked me so many questions about me, about the cat that I'm taking care of for a few months, and I just don't know what to make of it. You know, he's the one who decided to break up with me. He's the one who said he wasn't ready after three years, and he stayed with us, and then when we left, he left at the same time, and I saw him hesitate to hug me, and then I went for it, because, I mean, I'm not heartless, and he was surprised. He was like, oh, you're going for the hug, and then he told me take care, a thing that he did not say to my friends, so I don't know what to make of all of this. Like, he has been consistently looking at my stories since I reactivated my Instagram, and I just don't understand. He's definitely an avoidant, and I just, I don't know. I really don't know what to make of this, so if anyone has an opinion on the matter, please let me know.

Hi everyone! Ive been wanting to try again at pursuing nursing I graduated during Covid so it’s been a while since ive been in school. I’m a full time employee, I sadly can’t cut my hours or my pay because I live paycheck to paycheck. This was also the main reason why I couldn’t pursue nursing right out of my undergrad. Does anyone have any good online school recommendations? I’ve been seeing nightingale is an option but have heard mixed reviews on them. Or is night school a possibility? I live in Sacramento. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!
