Really looking forward to the new season, though I am unsure whether I should go play Crusader or DH.
I played the AoV FotH build a few seasons back and really liked it. Seems like it will benefit greatly form the season theme. Same goes for the UE and Shadow Impale DH. All three builds are liste S Tier for solo xp and solo push on Maxroll.
Any though from you past experiences? Or are both classes/build equally viable?

Hi, I'm a senior in high school who will be starting college in the fall.
Wondering if anyone have an actual accommodations letter that I can use as a template? I have a great GI doctor asking me what I would like to include in her medical note.
Here's what I'm guessing I could request:
- Getting a medical single
- Access to or ability to bring in mini-fridge, toastetoaster oven (I know this may not be possible if there are fire hazard limitations)
- Proximity, if available, to kitchen facilities
- Not being forced on university/sorority meal plan if they can't guarantee safety or sufficient nutrition (I've seen "GF sections" when I've visited that are basically 90% carbs -- not enough protein and salad bars are a cross contamination disaster area).
- Academic accommodations: bathroom breaks during in-person or timed exams; class/exam excuses or extensions in the event of glutening; priority scheduling to make sure I have time for meals

 | A couple weeks ago I posted on this form about a chip that developed after two uses on my brand new pan other users on here expressed similar frustrations and concerns while others left it to normal wear and tear. While I could typically except normal wear and tear as an explanation, two uses is absolutely unacceptable. I decide to give these hexclads one more try and re-ordered the same set from Costco, but this time I’ve inspected the pans prior to use and made note of several cosmetic defects which appeared to be something trapped under the pans nonstick coating. i’ve consulted several university level material science professors and culinary students, both agree that this would be a prime place for a chip to develop, which in my opinion means that this is not normal wear and tear, and these are manufacturer defects. As a renter:
Is my landlord responsible for keeping the outdoor general area/parking lot/walking paths lit? Our exterior has no lights and a very jagged chipped and cracked driveway. Its extremely dark and I've been asking for a light to be installed since 2022.
What qualifies as a broken window? Does the glass need to be visibly cracked? Or if wategrime is constantly showing up between panes, does that count as broken?
Is there no energy efficiency minimum? The apartment building is old and incredibly drafty, light and air come in thru cracks around the door & big drafts come in thru gaps between the upper and lower window panes.
I randomly burned thru an entire tank of oil in one month (I've lived here 6 years and thats never happened) and my landlord didn't bother to investigate to see if something was wrong with the furnace? All of a sudden when the heat kicks on, ONE heat vent in the apartment gets a LOT of air blasting out extremely hot and the others have a trickle of warm air. This also is a suddenly new thing. I informed him in case something was going wrong and he just told me to close that vent.
Every single gutter is blocked. Now in the winter when the snow starts to melt instead of running thru the gutters it just overflows into large patches of thick ice on and near the stairs to enter the building. To remedy this he dropped off some salt.
There are two handicapped women on this property. One over the age of 60 and the other over 80. They should have the right to come and go from their homes without the dangers of having to navigate thru extremely dangerous icy patches due to a landlords negligence. I understand we live in Maine and ice happens but there is a 2 inch thick ice patch on the stairs to enter the building. Then once they get home not only is it icy but its pitch black and there's no light.
Can he just leave all of this for us to figure out or is he responsible for some of it? Thank you in advance ☺

Currently in an LPN program slated to finish this spring. Recently realized my interest and desire to pursue PA. Programs vary, but is working as EMT significantly better than LPN? Would it be worth it to quit LPN to do EMT for a year or two to gain PCE? And yes I know this isn’t the ideal situation, but I’ve got to deal with it, so please don’t tell me how dumb pursuing LPN was. I already have a Bachelors btw.

In sales for years, not thriving at my current company after years of success at other companies. The company I am interviewing with pays 70k base compared to my current 84k base. The job I currently have has capacity for me to make a lot more money (150k) in commission vs the 70k base one l probably make 90k. The problem is, sales are hard to come by at my current company and I don’t see that 150k happening before getting put on a PIP. Thoughts? Not sure if I’m in my head too much or not.
