I'm genuinely addicted to social media. I've been on it since I was 9 and I was able to take a two week hiatus once but it was so hard for me. I got anxiety, I didn't know what to do. It was similar to quitting smoking. I'm so embarrassed to admit it. But now that meta is becoming actual cancer I want to be able to leave. I want to be done with it. I need to know how to quit. I don't know what l'm going to do other than doom scroll. I have two little kids that don't really allow me to do other hobbies. Thank you for your answers.

Now that all of the cards have been spoiled of The Hunted, What is the first hero you will build? Which hero would be the most impactful/ strongest of them all? I'm interested to hear your thoughts...
My main thoughts:
Arakni, marionette => It has a super cool idea with The Brood and looks pretty strong at first glance, especially with the addition of those new stealth cards but I think the randomness of Chaos will definitely play its part.
Fang => I love the vibe of Fang, like a red aggressive hero but I'm afraid he has a less impressive kit than Cindra to really go off. He doesn't have a lot of "wow"- effects. I believe he still has to jump through hoops to get a decent damage turn.
Cindra => this hero will definitely get some interesting builds and being able to get those daggers back on instant speed ( even though you'll have to take into account the amount of draconic chain links) is a strong ability. She also has quite the follow- up cards to go wide and present a lot of damage.

After the Nazi salutes yesterday, Elon's mask is well and truly off. There is no reason for us to boost his profile, power, or bank balance. While we obviously can't force anyone to leave Twitter altogether, we can keep Twitter out of this sub.
Additionally, Twitter links are terrible. They're infested with popups, the video player is janky, and it takes forever to load. Aside from poster convenience, there's no good reason for it to even be here.

I had an mri and an xray done a while ago and I was wondering if any of the findings could be a cause for my hard flaccid. I have been struggling with this and bad anxiety for like 5 years. Please see below:
Mild exaggeration of the thoracic kyphosis with findings suspicious for Scheuermann's disease. MR is recommended as clinically indicated. No bony abnormality of the lumbar spine
Thoracic spine: There are 12 thoracic vertebral bodies. There is no paraspinal widening. There is thoracic kyphosis 47 degrees from T3 to T10. There is minimal anterior wedging T6 and T7. Mild disc space narrowing T 67, T7-T8 and T8-T9 levels. Vertebral height is otherwise well-maintained. No bony erosive process. No acute fracture or dislocation.
Lumbar spine: There are 5 lumbar vertebral bodies which are normally aligned. Vertebral height and disc spaces are well-maintained. No fracture or dislocation. No spondylolysis or listhesis. No bony erosive process.
Mild mid thoracic kyphosis, without subluxation. Mild dextroconvex rotoscoliosis. Vertebral body heights are intact. Small multilevel degenerative Schmorl's nodes are seen from T7 through T12. Bone marrow signal is heterogeneous but within normal limits. The intervertebral discs show multilevel desiccation in the mid lower thoracic levels, without definitive loss of disc height. The visualized spinal cord is normal in caliber and signal, allowing for mild respiratory motion artifact. C7/T1, T1/T2, T2/T3, T3/T4, T4/T5, T6/T7, T7/T8, T8/T9, T9/T10, T10/T11, T11/T12, T12/L1: Normal T5/T6: Small central disc protrusion. No stenoses.

I got accepted into one of the colleges recently and I remembered reading something about students having to maintain a WAM of 75 or else you may get kicked out (something along those lines). I was wondering if this was true? and if so are they a bit lenient sometimes?. I am pursuing STEM/science which might be challenging to keep up as someone who’s pretty average. I am a 29 year old masters graduate working with Ontario public service in policy for past 3 years with a permanent jobs. Currently my salary is around 80k. I am looking for advice if moving to federal government is a better option considering i already have a permanent job in ops and have no intention to learn french. Anyone who had made a similar move ? Are you happy? Are there more benefits? If so is it worth making the move considering the benefits? How difficult is to become permanent!!!!!
