I didn't post it because it felt like bragging or garnering attention. But 2 days ago I had a very good crying session haha. This podcast meant so much to me. Schlatt charlie and Ted have been there when no one was. Nights when I contemplated taking my life. Days where I had no motivation to breathe. They were there to make laugh. Losing people in life and watching them get buried. There wasn't a thing or a person present I could talk to. But these 3 made meaugj in moments where I didn't know it was possible.
I know this is parasocial. But these 3 need to know that they have saved lives. Either wanting to or not. They have saved a person who was very close to just take their will of living away.
I am not sad that it's ending. I am just greatfull it happened. And I am never gonna stop listieng to this podcast it'll always make me smile no matter how old I get.

Bonjour, j’ai utilisé une IA pour m’aider à reformuler mon gros pavé message afin qu’il soit plus clair et concis. Je m’excuse si cela pose problème.
- Travaux dans le garage sans notification
- Le propriétaire effectue des travaux dans le garage situé sous la maison (environ 35 m²) pour en faire de la location courte durée (Airbnb), les travaux sont quasiment finis.
- Il ne m’a pas prévenu des travaux : je l’ai appris en interrogeant les ouvriers.
- Cela entraîne des nuisances (bruit, coupures aléatoires d’eau et d’électricité).
- Les disjoncteurs de ce garage se trouvent dans mon appartement, et c’est donc à moi de réarmer si ils sautent (c'est déjà arrivé).
- Problèmes avec les charges
- Mon loyer inclut l’eau et l’électricité dans les charges (210 €/mois).
- Selon le bail, une régularisation devait avoir lieu chaque année en décembre, mais je n’en ai jamais reçu (cela fait 2 ans et demi).
- Il y a 6 mois, le propriétaire m’a indiqué à l'oral que mes consommations étaient inférieures au montant des charges, et qu’elles allaient baisser. Mais je n’ai jamais eu de confirmation ou de régularisation.
- Je continue probablement à payer plus que je consomme, d’autant plus que j’ai financé l’eau et l’électricité des travaux du garage, et je vais bientôt payer pour les locataires Airbnb.
- Réponse insuffisante du propriétaire
- Malgré mes relances (par email et oralement), le propriétaire se contente de répondre : "Oui oui, je m’en occupe", sans qu’aucune action concrète ne soit prise.
- Étonnamment, pour l’augmentation annuelle du loyer selon l’IRL, j’ai bien reçu un mail de sa part en avance avant le versement du loyer pour que je l'augmente en fonction.
- Le propriétaire peut-il légalement me faire payer l’électricité et l’eau d’un logement qui ne fait pas partie de ma location ? Quels sont mes recours ?
- Est-il normal que les disjoncteurs de ce futur appartement soient dans mon logement ?
- Que puis-je faire face à son manque de réactivité pour obtenir une régularisation des charges et pour qu’il cesse de m’impliquer dans les problèmes liés au garage ?
